The problem not the hotel itself. Room was fine, staff fine. Unfortunately when we got there we were hit with a $500 CASH deposit fee because we lived within 100 miles. This was never disclosed on the Expedia BW web site. We could not have stayed there if we didn't have the case.We were moving, no beds, so we needed to stay one nite at a hotel! We got the $500 back the next morning, but it was a HORRIBLE thing to ask for.

The property was satisfactory. Only complaint bathroom to small. TV would not work. Had to enter code on Wi-Fi. Tried continuously to no avail. I’m quite capable of doing this . Never stayed at a property were your tv had to be programmed. Also when we arrived to check in found a sign saying would be back in fifteen minutes.

Super nice room but............

First off the room was way nicer than expected, very big lots of floor space. The bed was comfy pillows were perfect and the room was super clean. The restaurant at the hotel was good Indian/American fusion with a brewery attached. The grounds are well maintained. Nice pool and hot tub. The parking was convenient to the room....... However my room was loud as hell. The HVAc stays running whether the AC is on or not and the some large machine would come on with a rumble and roar. My TV wasn't working properly so i ended up watching somes netflix that they forgot to sign out of. I planned to stay 2 night but checked out a day early and they wouldn't refund me for the night because i didn't give them 24hr notice.... i checked in at 3p the previous day and check out time is 11a
