The housekeeping was very poor. Rooms were dirty, there is a smell from the men's toilet which is evident as you walk up the stairs to the rooms and the water pressure is very poor. We did mention this to reception and moved rooms. Sligiimprovement in water pressure

Reception not always available due to busy elsewhere ! Very scary fire alarm rang about 330 am very worrying , and we were on a night away to relax and left with heightened anxiety! Soap dispenser broken or empty in bathroom … Toilets in the function area out of order . Lack of seating during Northern Soul music .

An okay stay

Good parking area. Great location.Friendly, helpful & welcoming reception staff. Room a little cramped, very very small bathroom. Had to ask for tea/sugar, etc. Had to use own toilet roll when the one in the room ran out. Very noisy kids in cars along seafront at night ( no fault of the hotel but did have an impact on our stay).
