Mitten in der Stadt, Hund willkommen, Parkplatz am Haus

Das Haus liegt zentral in Palamos, Markthalle und Geschäfte gleich um die Ecke sowie Restaurants, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ausstattung gut. Der Hund kann sich frei bewegen und das Auto steht sicher auf dem Grundstück. Bei der angespannten Parksituation einfach perfekt.

correct pour le prix

l'emplacement de la maison est idéale, Seul reproche sur la propreté générale des extérieurs du mobilier de jardin et la salle de bain n'était pas très propre ( attention aux cheveux dans le siphon ), la baie vitrée également ne ferme pas correctement sur le haut ce qui n'est pas rassurant quand on laisse ses affaires la journée ou la soirée sans alarme. Et le four ne fonctionne plus même en utilisant un couteau (pour avoir essayé ). Sinon la propriétaire est accueillante et correcte. On pourrait y retourner tout de même mais il y a des petites choses à rectifier sans investir beaucoup.

Superbes vacances

Hormis une propreté imparfaite et quelques légères dégradations incombant à de précédents locataires, la maison présente beaucoup de qualités et d'avantages. La situation, la climatisation et le parking dans la propriété en sont trois vraiment appréciables. La propriétaire à l'écoute mais tout à fait discrète et aimable est aussi un point non négligeable. Endroit vivement recommandé

Muy agradable

La casa es muy agradable, la terraza es una maravilla, parece imposible tener tanta tranquilidad cuando a dos calles hay tanto bullicio, estás en un tranquilo pueblo y sin embargo tienes todos los servicios y restaurantes (y la playa) a un paso. La casera es muy amable y al vivir al lado está fácilmente disponible si hace falta algo. Pone mucho interés en que estés a gusto y que, por ejemplo, haya todo tipo de productos de limpieza, papel higiénico, servilletas, bolsas de basura... Además de vajilla y cubiertos de sobra. Como inconvenientes diría que para dos adultos y tres niños es justo, pues aunque una de las camas es grande, con el movimiento nocturno no creo que hubiera funcionado y al pequeño lo pusimos en el sofá (para lo que Mery sin ningún problema nos dio sábanas). Quizá para un futuro estaría bien un sillón-cama o similar. En la terraza haría falta una sombrilla, pues el toldo no sirve en el desayuno cuando el sol está oblicuo, ya nos ha dicho que lo hará. Y lo mejor será cuando abra un portón para meter el coche (esto es idea suya), pues aparcar en la zona es complicado.
