Lovely hotel run by a very friendly team who communicate very well. Excellent check in instructions made it very easy. Very close to the railway station and about a 15 minute walk from the city centre. Nice shower, decent aircon and good WiFi. Comfy bed and nice pillows. Excellent light proofing and not too much noise coming in. Weird wardrobe which you need to be about 6ft5 to hang anything in but ok storage otherwise. Clean but a bit dusty in the corners. Nice breakfast although fairly basic. Very helpful with booking a taxi and letting me store my bags all day. Multiple restaurants and supermarkets with a 5 minute walk. Neighbourhood looks unkempt but feels safe. Second floor, no lift and has some internal steps but thoroughly recommended to anyone who doesn't have mobility issues. I would happily stay here again

The room was lovely and the location was brilliant. Just a few steps from the bus, train and tram stations and an easy walk into the city centre. Breakfast was provided, although sadly we had leave before this was available, but there were drinks and snacks in the afternoon which was a treat. Our only gripe was that the checking in instructions were very late and didn't arrive until after we had. Since it was necessary to have a key code for entry after 13.00 I was getting rather agitated. Luckily, we arrived before 13.00 so staff were still there.

This was a nice place to stay, we were there for 3 nights. The room was comfortable, however, the only negative would be the noise outside the room which adjoined the breakfast room, so be prepared for an early start.

promising, but...

We were shown to our room by Marina, who was charming. It all looked very nice, nearer 4 star than 3. However the glass panel above the door lets in far too much light, hence the first star off. Next Day After our room was made we had no toilet paper, and the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned - another star off. That night a man (owner, caretaker, boyfriend, we don't know, but not a guest) woke us up after 11pm by eating a meal outside our room with the lighton while watching TV - another Mark off. Finally, when my wife told him he was keeping us awake, he said "5 minutes". So, down to 1 star. Shame, it's potentially a very nice place, but if you run your house as a hotel, the guests have to come first.

Utter rubbish

Dirty sheets and towels, nobody around to check You in. 'Private bathroom with bidet' translated to pokey room at total other end of building with no bidet but with bucket. For this price you can do much better. Expedia should not continue to use this abysmal b&b

Wonderful place, but annoying check-in.

White is a great hotel: beautiful bedrooms in a wonderful, designer-renovated old apartament . Why am I not giving it a 5? Because before you get to check in, they have a tendency to keep you waiting in the street while you feel like a silly tourist and you make an unlimited number of calls from you roaming cell phone (I know that I was not the only case because as I was waiting, the guy from the bar next door came to talk to me and asked if he could help yet another neglected White guest, and because other guests told me they also had had to wait for a long time before they got anyone to open the door for them). Once they come to check you in, everything is great: Francesca and Francesco are very nice, the apartment is awesome, my room was really comfy and beautifully designed.

Bien pour un cour séjour. Les déjeuner sont bon et le personnel très gentil. La chambre est bien décoré et propre. L’espace pour le déjeuner est très bien aussi. Mais l’ensemble du building et la vue qu’on avait de la chambre est pas vraiment agréable. Le parking etait sur la rue. Nous n’avons pas eu de difficulté à stationner. Il y a pas vraiment de parking pour l’établissement.
