The entire Team is very friendly and professional. They made our stay very enjoyable and offered lots of help and information. The entire facility is beautiful and the room was great, clean and in very good condition. Food quality and variety are great as well as the first class service provided. Not the most helpful reception , didn’t get platinum perks at all .we asked for a late check out since they didn’t upgrade we assumed we would get at least this perk but no they requested 125,- $ for that which we payed. At one point receptionist ladies even wanted to see my expedia level which i showed but still they didn’t care. Other than that hotel is an average 4 star keep expectations accordingly.

The reception staff were kind and professional at check in and gave us good recommendations for dining options in the hotel. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. We enjoyed a very tasty dinner in the main hotel restaurant where we were greeted by friendly professional staff. The meal was delicious.

Great location basic hotel

The hotel is definitely faded grandeur. The best thing about it is its excellent location. Room was clean and bed comfy but every day the shower was only ever lukewarm; the door to my room didn't shut properly from the outside without being slammed very hard several times so in fact someone in housekeeping hadn't closed it properly. Staff are patchy - charming younger guy who was 5 star but others gruffer. Breakfast coffee wasn't great. Better to go to cafe Martorana few steps away. Too many big American tour groups.

Right in the middle of Palermo, the restaurants, the markets - easy to walk 20m for a meal or a few hundred metres to see the sights. Great location, beautiful old building and rooms and helpful staff. Comfy beds and quiet.
