sehr schäbiges und heruntergekommenes Hotel. Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich aber macht die Unterkunft dadurch auch nicht besser.

Hôtel accueillant et chambre très propre, très près du centre à 200m de tous les magasins et des restaurant. Nous étions en voiture et ils nous ont proposé de parquer la voiture dans un sous terrain qui leurs appartient pour un coût de 15euro par jour. Ce qui est agréable quand aucune place de parc est libre dans le centre de Palerme.

Plus jamais ça

Pros: L'accueil à la réception.
Cons: La propreté, le petit déjeuner et les respect des chambres lorsqu'elles sont occupées.
Location: Vous pouvez faire la visite de la vielle à pied depuis l'hôtel
Commençons par le bon: Les deux hôtesses d'accueil sont bien charmantes, accueillantes et dirai même professionnelles. Dans la chambre: Une grosse tâche orne la grosse couverture du lit. Toilettes: Une banderole collée sur les toilettes vous annonce que celle-ci est propre. Vous l’ôtez, puis vous vous retrouver en face des marques qui vous coupe l'appétit pour un moment. Vous appelez la réception qui vous envoie quelqu'un. On vous change de chambre. la lunette de WC de cette nouvelle chambre se déboîte lorsqu'on s’asseye. l'eau ne s'écoule pas convenablement lorsque vous vous brossez les dents. Petit déjeuner,: limite limite. Cerise sur le gâteau; vous sortez vous promener, et vous vous retrouver nez à nez avec un ouvrier qui fait des travaux dans la chambre.

Ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles !

Hôtel très bien placé mais qui n'est absolument pas du niveau d'un 4 étoiles ... Service très médiocre, meubles et décoration de la chambre sans style et digne d'un 2 étoiles années 80. Par contre c'est propre. Tout sauf un bel hôtel, à Palerme il y a beaucoup mieux même en 3 étoiles.

super séjour en amoureux

super hotel à proximité de tout, très accueillant, le buffet du petit dej et excellent surtout pour les gros mangeur comme moi. je remercie la reception ainsi que enriquo pour le séjour, il est formidable il appel les location ou les petite croisière sa facilite beaucoup a part si vous parler déjà italien lol il donne tout les plan enfin tout le séjour était top

sejour agreable , personnel discret et attentif .. bonne situation de l hotel sur une des principales avenues de la ville... les regrets ...pas de parking,
