The house was as advertised, but the pictures did not show some things. It was lacking in some respects. The was no broom, no decent vacuum cleaner. It needed better pots for cooking, more utensils. The carpet was very dirty. Who puts carpet in the bathroom?
The host was very communicative and accommodating. It was a great place to stay for us.It was also a pleasant surprise that the neighborhood does a lot of Christmas lights displays and it looks great at night time!
Although we didn't get to use the pool (Not Heated) the lights in the pool were very calming at night as the water color changed from blue to purple to green. Our 4 Poms enjoyed the yard and luckily we brought pet gates with us because there were a couple of gaps in the fence's gates that our little one could have squeezed through. We enjoyed the lanai in the mornings with our coffee and playing cards at the dinning table off the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. I was able to relax and fall right to sleep. Michael is the perfect host. Always available and his recommendations were spot on Enjoyed dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse and the Grilled Salmon at Texas Roadhouse made me want to have it for breakfast the next day. If you love Golden D apples, Winn Dixie has the best. The pastries at Publix were yummy and I was at home shopping at Home Goods and Marshalls. We plan to come back to Palm Bay next summer and if this house is available we will definitely book it. Michael is the BEST!!!!!!
House was in a good location, residential street, very quiet. pool are was a good size, although needs more outside seating and loungers as if it was full they would not have enough. the bedrooms were very large, clean and well appointed. the lounge area again if was full would not have enough seats for all to sit comfortably. there is another room, which is not used as its too formal and not comfortable. overall a good villa and the owner was very responsive with great comms. it was just that it was a little dated with the kitchens cupboards external exterior all needed a refresh.
