Every employee we interacted with was professional, warm, courteous, and helpful. Our room was clean and although it appeared to have undergone recent renovation, there were no USB/charging outlets present. Obviously, this wouldn’t stop us from booking this very convenient location and very fairly priced option. Quick note for the woman who we assumed to be the PM shift manager: Please do not give your employees developmental feedback in the presence of others, especially guests. Not very compassionate or professional.

Staff was courteous and complimentary breakfast was really good. Maintenance had to fix the cabinet and drapes/blinds but it was fixed quickly. Somehow they need to have a way to stop the homeless from entering into the kitchen for some free breakfast though.

The hotel overall was very clean and welcoming. The staff were super friendly. Whatever cleaning products they use for the rooms smells amazing! The only thing we would've liked was coffee made available throughout the whole stay down in the lobby. Its a small thing but something we look forward to at our Hyatt stays.
