The pool was heated and the theater room is as pictured but that is about all we felt was fairly portrayed in the online listing. We came over spring break, sacrificing the distance from the beach for the amenities this house supposedly provided. Boy were we disappointed. The pictures of the outside landscaping and pool furniture, hammock and porch swing must have been taken a long time ago. You could not even walk in the backyard because it was covered with shingles and pallets. The furniture around the fireplace was filthy, there were so many dead shrubs and dried leaves, no way could you have a fire without starting the backyard on fire. The pool loungers do not have cushions and there is no hammock. When I brought this to Daphne’s attention, she replied quickly with what I felt like was an AI automated response, And was unwilling to fix. The hammock that was pictured by the pool when I made my reservation back in November was “under maintenance” and I was told the loungers were all weather and I could just use the bathroom towels (since pool towels are not provided) if I needed.The inside of the house needs to be refreshed. The walls are filthy, the dishwasher doesn’t clean your dishes, and the ceiling fans in most rooms make so much noise you cannot leave them on to sleep, not to mention they want the AC above 74. I was also disappointed to find moldy chicken & baked beans inside the oven, which 2 days later Daphne said she could send someone to clean.
