Front desk staff was very attentive on all questions. They rooms are great. Although i wish 10th floor room ac was colder it was still a great . Would recommend 10 times out of 10 for a stay

Overall our stay was great. Hotel staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent! We were in for a baseball tournament and the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. The newly renovated room was very spacious. The laundry facility could be a bit larger for the size of the hotel. It was just two washers and two dryers but one washer was out of service unfortunately. We were able to make it work.

When we arrived, the man behind the desk was so rude. I didn’t get his name. He was not wearing a name tag. He was very unfriendly and looked miserable to be there. We asked him for a bell cart and he said we would have to go find one. After I looked and couldn’t find one, I went back to the desk to inform him that I needed one and there was not one to be found. He could have cared less and said he’d let housekeeping know while playing on his phone. He was very rude. The housekeeper, Larose, was a sweetheart and very accommodating. Our room was nice and clean, but it had a musty smell. We will not stay at this property again.

Awesome property we happened to be there while there was a baseball tournament they took ocwr the hotel load kids running arround me and my kids went to the pool they almost drowned my son ac was barley wokring in our room and we couldnt sleep because of the noise from the baseball team

We had the 2 bedroom room, we loved our room for our family of 7, plenty of room for us all. Location is close to Phil Foster Park, where we were there to visit. Great breakfast available. My only complaint is that maybe they were understaffed, many dirty tables that weren’t cleaned off for people to sit at, not consistent with refreshing food, and there were gnats in the cover where the muffins were. This is from 2 consecutive days of my observation.
