If you have kids like 3 year old 7 year old and a 5 year old make sure that they have already enforce the Cottage with safety the doors open directly to the Lake were crodile are. My 3 year old we caugh him trying feedbthe animal In the lake nonchildren lock we couldnt sleep thinking they would get up earlier than us and go outside we let them Know that doors most have safety lock for kids .

I had an excellent experience starting from the drop off to the concierge. The room design was elegant with a beautiful bed and sofa. I’m curious about the maker of the bed and may likely request a similar design. The music by the pool was not my style but it was a bonus and there were great friends and people around. The place is scenic especially for events and the staff at Birdies are so lovely and courteous. Highly recommend!

The best way I can describe this visit is "loud." We expected to be on somewhat of a peaceful getaway at a resort surrounded by a golf course, but that wasn't the case. There was a DJ blasting loud music (with expletives) poolside, and the music in the lobby was so loud you could barely carry on a conversation. We were also awakened around 1am by an alarm that beeped for about 30 minutes. It was intended to be a regenerative couples' getaway, but it was far from that. The hotel was very nice, though.
