Sunset Bay is a bright and beautiful picturesque home located right in the heart of Palm Coast. Come view the sunset right from the dock! Bring your boat, or kayaks for a fun filled adventure right on the water.
The heated pool is located in a large lanai with a large poolside patio and outside dining area. So wherever it is that you wish to spend your time, almost every room has a view. The living room and family room have comfortable sofa couch and all the rooms have smart TV'S for your entertainment. The home is equipped with WiFi so bring all the electronic devices and stay in touch with family and friends from the comfort of your home!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make the perfect meal. From appliances, cookware, to tableware, there is everything you need to entertain friends and family while you watch the boats pass through the waterway.
The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size Bed and Smart TV as well as a private bathroom which features a beautiful roman tub and walk in shower for the most private and luxurious experience. You also have your own private access through the wall to floor sliding doors that lead to the pool and canal waterway.
Guest bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen sized beds and smart TVs as well. Guest bedroom 3 has a private exit to the outside of the home. Guest bedroom 4 features 2- twin size bunk beds that sleep 4, as well as a private bathroom and dresser for additional storage.
Swim all year round in the gorgeous heated in-ground pool overlooking the canal area. 2 car attached garage has enough storage for you to bring all your toys for your joy rides around the neighborhood. Great location, within minutes to the all the shopping and dining. Around the corner from European Village with a bunch of shops, bars, and restaurants as well as nightly entertainment events and Sunday organic produce market. Beach is only 5 min away by car. Palm Harbor Golf course is a public course which you can play an amazing game of Golf all year around. Walking, biking and hiking trails are all within easy bike or walk. Come to enjoy your vacation in this beautiful home!

The house was very clean and ready to welcome visitors. We had three generations in the house and everyone was comfortable with the space inside and out, the fact that a table to seat everyone together for meals or games is something we search for in a home to book. The view is wonderful and the pool is perfect for kids and adults to enjoy. However the view is just as good I side the home with the generous walls of windows. We were even able to witness a rocket launch in the middle of the night from the dock. We took all the opportunities this home had to offer. Communication with owner was very quick and there wasn't need for immediate intervention but very pleased with response.

The pix of Alina's house do not do it justice. What a fabulous place! Our extended family came to town for a family baby shower - the house was perfect for our group of 7. You relax the moment you walk in and the water views and pool area made us never want to leave - and in 5 days we only ate out once. Had a bit of a snafu on check in, but Alina worked it out. Reviews from our group on the beds were mixed - 1/2 thought they were great, the others thought too soft. If I had any critique it would be that the kitchen was stocked a bit sparsely - but we made it work. Definitely will stay again. It's a beautiful place.

Annual family vacation

We have always rented in the West coast so we decided to try the East coast for fishing and popular adventures. Our family time is limited so we try to get the most out of our trip. Fishing for the son and grandson, pool for the entire family, and a big house where we can all be together yet have our own space. Master bedroom was wonderful and the views throughout were amazing. Neighborhood was peaceful too.

Beautiful Location

Beautiful home and location, as nice as the posted images. Quiet neighborhood, everyone in my family enjoyed the views and amenities. The pool was wonderful and we appreciated the puzzles available! The contact with the host was fantastic, we were able to get checked in a little earlier than posted and when requested the swiftly assisted us with a shower chair so my 91yo Mom would be more comfortable in the shower. We appreciated our mini “family reunion” in such a great space, everyone had their own room and lots of spaces to puzzle, watch tv, quiet conversation or read and not be cramped. An added bonus was easy drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend, wake up early and enjoy the sunrise and activity on the water!

Awesome house for all ages!

This house was awesome for our family!! We had 8 people total ranging from age 6 to 90! We chose this house because it was all one level with no steps and had the pool and view of the water way. It was perfect because the grandparents could sit out and watch as we swam and they could watch the waterway for dolphins. We did see dolphins twice during the week we were there! The owner was very quick to respond to my questions when we first arrived. The only thing that could improve this house would be a few more items in the kitchen, such as containers with lids for leftover food. Other than that it was perfect and very clean and the pool was awesome!

Visiting family in Palm Coast area. The listing was accurately represented. Location was perfect and beautiful for relaxing. We found that this was not a walking friendly neighborhood and you needed to drive to areas with less traffic. Location was central to all shopping and dining, Property needed a bit of TLC but was overall very nice and worth the stay!

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this family boating and beach vacation home! It was just as described and the agent was quick with responding to any questions I had. We had NO issues with the property or stay accept for the Karen next door that wanted to complain about our boat trailer that was parked on OUR vacation property - I took pictures to prove location was not his property. Beware of the neighbor. Lol

We paid extra for the pool to be heated. We arrived on a Monday after 3:00pm. The pool heating system was not running. I sent a message to the Host stating the pool was cold and the heating system wasn’t on. The heating system started running on the following day at 9:30am. We had issues with bugs. After notifying the Host, she stated that they had issues with bugs with the prior guest and treated for them prior to our arrival. They need to ensure this issue is corrected for future guests. We notified the Host that the dishwasher started leaking. It was replaced the following day. Overall my Family enjoyed the stay and created many memories.

Better than expected

The home and property was perfect for our large family. We rented paddle boards and kayaks so we were able to enjoy the water. The management company was very communicative and helped us all throughout our stay. We look forward to renting the home again in the future.

Great place

Property was so clean and nice. It was perfect for our family to gather from different cities to visit my dad who lives in Palm Coast. The dock was a great feature as my nephew brought his fishing boat. We saw dolphins in the canal right from the living room view. Great communication with property manager too, very nice and responsive to any questions or needs.

This was a wonderful place for my family and me. Had all the comforts of home. Light bulbs were out in many of the rooms and the mattresses were not the best. Pool cleaner did not show up, but pool was very nice and the dock on the water was nice and convenient. We will definitely consider this place for our vacation next year.

Great family vacation

Great Summer getaway

We had a family of 10 people and there was sufficient room for everyone. The house was clean and had space for everyone. Would suggest that more beach towels be available as there were only 5 towels while we had 10 people. We had to go out and purchase additional towels which was not a big deal but would have been nice if they were supplied in house. Great house , great location.
