The rates are $50/night for 2-5 nights, $287/week, and $200/week for longer stays. The heater is set to 85–87°F, but the actual temperature may vary. Pool heat fees are non-refundable. A boat lift is available upon request, requiring a security deposit. Docking a boat is also possible. Please inquire for boat-related details. For families, a Pack ‘n Play and high chair are provided for your convenience.

Host was available instantly at all times. We had no issues at all while at property but I knew she would answer right away if I needed. I reached out often before to get a late check in and check out she was very accommodating. This made our stay even better. The house was stocked appropriately for our family. The house was clean at check in and extremely simple check out. The house was updated and modern very pretty. Very satisfied with our stay!
