My stay was very enjoyable! The property was extremely clean and everything was in place. The only hiccup was not being able to access the front door due to someone leaving the deadbolt locked. After a call to the property management, they gave me the garage code to enter. Once that was settled, the remainder of my stay was absolutely perfect! Highly recommended!!!

Great location and home for our annual family vacation!!

Great home and location for our summer vacation. The community had everything we needed and activities for all. We had kids ranging from 5-12 years old and they all had a blast at the beach and lakeside pool. Thanks for a great week!

We took some golfers there for a tournament and they loved the idea of staying in a house rather than the resort. Everything was perfect. The house was in great shape, clean and nicely stocked. Thanks again for your home.

Saved our vacation

We had a horrible experience with a house (different management company) three doors down. We were in a panic on where to go and luckily moved to this house 3 doors down. The property management was great with communication. We had to get used to the 2nd floor master and kitchen but honestly it worked out.

This property was clean and close to the beach and community pool. The layout worked great for our family of teens and college kids and the pictures were accurate. Some older reviews mentioned there wasn’t soap, but we did find soap and starter TP and paper towels. Overall, a great house for a family beach stay.

Fantastic Stay

Ideal property and location. This house is much more beautiful than the pictures. It is in wonderful condition and the decor is far above average. It is a short walk to the beach, community clubhouse and pool. Next door, Hammock Dunes offers a wonderful restaurant within walking distance. This is, hands down, the nicest VRBO we have ever stayedit. We will certainly be back!

Loved it!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this fabulous house! The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the kids to spread out and be noisy with the adults finding quiet spaces. When we left the kids begged to come again next year! Thank you so much!

Even though it's not as close to the beach and club pool as we'd like, it's not a bad walk to the beach. Drove to the club pool. The home does have its own unheated pool, which could use a few touches (pull weeds,add chairs, etc.)It's a lovely home, just lacks that personal feeling. It's the 4th time that we've stayed at Cinnamon Beach and we love the area!

An Excellent Stay

This house had everything we needed. The pool was perfect to lounge around. A very short walk to the beach. The beach had some larger rocks and that prevented us from swimming in it due to risk of injury. Speaking with some people the conditions change from year to year and sometimes the rocks are covered. There are plenty of near by beaches that are perfect for swimming. Some great local restaurants to eat at as well.

House was very nice, plenty of space for 7 adults. Pool is smaller than the pictures make it appear and there are only 2 lounge chairs for a home that sleep 10. The weeds around the pool were a foot high so we didn’t use the pool at the house. Pool aside, loved the house and kitchen has everything you need.

Only down side is there’s a house being built right next door (where the pool is) so it’s shady in the afternoon at the pool. Also could use some more furniture at the pool. Currently only 2 lounge chairs there. Neighborhood pool was beautiful. Food at the pool was great! Lots of great walking every morning- sidewalks everywhere. Beautiful community!

Up until checkout I could not complain

The WORST and I really do mean worst experience of my life, considering the amount of money and the community location, you think they would have more class and tact instead of just throwing you out. I will never be returning here and it is a shame because the neighborhood is beautiful, although in the house absolutely nothing is included besides hangers and towels, not even dish soap which ultimately makes sense because the same people who stock such things are the same ones who you deal with upon checkout. Absolutely wretched. Lying people.
