Great place!

This unit works perfectly for a couple. Quiet, well-situated, Sherry is so easy to communicate with, and the studio seems surprisingly large (you can accomplish anything you want in the kitchen!). Tennis staff is easy to work with to try to get you on the courts.

Tidy studio in great location

Studio in well-maintained gated property with highly functional kitchen, good TV and internet, and quiet neighbors. Great location with broad selection of shopping, food, and recreation within 10 minutes. Absolutely everything was clean and worked perfectly during my stay. No issues with space and would gladly stay there again next time I'm in town.

Very Nice!

I stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. It's a very clean and well equipped studio on the first floor. Communication was great with the owner. Very close to El Paseo. I would stay again. FYI, the wifi password is written on the handout on the dining table.

Perfect for a weekend away!

This studio was perfect for a weekend trip for my friends and I. The property was clean and the kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook our breakfasts and enjoy them on the back patio looking at the tennis courts. Sherry was very responsive and made the check in/out process very easy. Would love to stay here again!

Loved the place! It has all you need for a place to stay comfortably, that is accesible, clean, fully equipped and has amenities like a big pool, jacuzzi and a restaurant. And the host was super kind, easy to contact and helpful. Would go back, no doubt.

Shadow Mtn. is a perfect location

Very clean, had everything we needed, smaller and private pool was a plus. (Plenty of tennis courts IF you play tennis.) Easy access onto Rt. 111, with everything that you would need there.

I was happy with the condo for our 5 night stay. The bed is very comfortable. There was no kettle for boiling water for tea. Renters cannot use the gym, tennis courts or large pool.

Immaculate condominium in a perfect location

We drove to Palm Desert from Portland, Oregon for some mid winter golf and sunny relaxation. Our lodging was perfect- clean, tidy, well appointed, great amenities, and spacious for a one bedroom condo. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the attached patio- kicking back after a round of golf. The location was ideal- close to downtown Palm Desert, but separated with its own resort property for ambiance and peaceful relaxation. I would recommend this property most highly, and without reservation.

perfect for us

We were looking for a room to stay while visiting my parents who are down here for the winter. It was perfect with the kitchen, comfortable bed and bathroom. Towels and soaps were plentiful. Owner brought us hangers asap when we asked. I didn’t love the key system. we had to keep it in a lockbox which was hard to see. But overall great!

Winter Getaway

The unit was lovely. Everything we needed. The bed and the pull out sofa were so comfortable. The location was great. It was so convenient being able to walk to restaurants and shopping on El Paseo. A friend and I went down to Palm Desert to work out in the gym and play tennis. Unfortunately, unless you book directly through the resort you do not have resort privileges. We could not use the gym or the figure 8 pool. We could have signed up for tennis clinics or private lessons at the non-member price but we just wanted to hit with each other. We did not have court booking privileges. Likely for most guests this is fine but it was disappointing for us. Would definitely recommend this property as long as guests were aware of the limitations associated with the amenities.

Great stay during Coachella Weekend 1

This studio condo was the perfect size and the amenities suited exactly what me and my significant other needed. We used the fridge and even the oven and the stove to reheat our food on the 2nd and 3rd day of Coachella and got plenty of good rest. Only wish is that the pillows are firmer and higher. Otherwise, everything else was superb.

Palm Desert stay

Great little studio in a fantastic location. Easy walk to El Paseo with lots of shopping and restaurants. Rental had everything we needed. We had a few days of very noisy people upstairs but after that it was fine.
