Good central location for golf getaway

The location of this place is perfect for anyone on a golf getaway trip. Both bedrooms are in good shape and overall found it to be an effective ground base for our trip. Back patio has a nice daytime view of a fairway with other homes on the other side. The neighborhood was quiet throughout our trip as well.

Clean house these renters went over the top to make sure my stay was comfortable with clean linens nice beds, a bottle of wine, coffee for every day, clean BBQ, etc.

Comfortable perch in the desert

My husband and I went out to the desert for the Indian Wells Tennis Classic. The rental was relatively close to the venue and Lyfts were easy to get to and from the venue. The place was comfortable and clean and the kitchen was well stocked.Only caveat is if you are a tennis fan and want access to the tennis channel you'll want to find a different place to stay.

Start to finish one of the best VRBO experiences - Property manager responded to each email in minutes, took time to resolve a property maintenance issue BEFORE we arrived and communicated all options in advance. Unit was perfect, instructions were thorough - highly recommend!

Quiet, enjoyable holiday in a great location!

This was the perfect accommodation for us! Comfortable, clean, organized, well-equipped, and great facilities on the property within walking distance. We played pickleball, went for walks and enjoyed the pools and hot-tubs. Sitting outside in the morning to read, enjoy my coffee and watch the golfers go by was a highlight! Outdoor furniture was comfortable and clean. Like any home that is unfamiliar, we needed to figure out the heating system/fans, but there were instructions and it was relatively easy. We found plenty of good restaurants, shopping and hiking relatively close by. Our two adult children joined us and we all agreed we would come again. The difference would be, we would stay longer!

Stagecoach girls weekend

Three girlfriends in town Thurs - Mon for Stagecoach. Was a nice, quite neighborhood to come back to each night to rest & relax during the very hot late April weekend in Indio. All communications before/during/after were all very timely and easy to follow. Nice for 3 women with the 2 bathrooms/showers to get ready (vs staying at a hotel). Will be on our list for when we return.

Family wedding week

Stayed for one week while in town for a family wedding. Location was close to other family members. Pictures of property suggested a more updated condo. With a one week stay, it would have been nice if we were left garbage bags for the bathrooms (seeing as we threw out the current ones when taking the bins out). The washing machine was dirty/grungy, the supplied starter toiletries were all half empty/used and the bottle tips had dried product on them. The fridge smelled musty. We did not cook at all aside from tea/coffee and quick breakfast snacks so I cannot comment on the kitchen. It was confusing trying to figure out the ceiling fans (no instructions). Bed was relatively comfortable. There was plenty of space and the wireless phone chargers around the unit were a nice bonus

Property was nicely updated. Our only issue was a lot of dust on surfaces. There were several extremely windy days were debris from the stovetop vent fell down onto countertops and kitchen area. Hopefully management will address the issue

Well Appointed Condo

This unit was upgraded and was clean, light, bright, and comfortable. The thing we especially appreciated was the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and good knives. The only thing I would suggest to the owner is a different system for making coffee. The all-in-one Cuisinart coffee maker turned out very weak coffee. We brought our own grinder and were able to grind coffee separately and get a stronger brew. We also pulled out the water filter capsule and that improved the taste of the coffee considerably. Not worth taking off a star from the rating, but a different coffee maker would make mornings that much better. Thank you.

Great Experience

We found this condo to be recently redone making everything seem fresh and modern. The complex is from the 80's and the buildings are dated but that stopped at the door. Great outdoor furniture and nice view of the golf course too. The place was very well stocked with tp, paper towels, cleaners, coffee, baggies, foil, and kitchen accessories. We flew in and didn't need to buy anything. For an older development, the grounds are pristine and beautiful. A lovely clubhouse has a very good restaurant and beautiful view. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
