Room got downgraded because we requested a bathtub and the suite we booked did not have one. When we took the second room the tub drain was broken so we could not fill the bathtub. No help from the staff and also after requesting a late check out we were called in the room in the morning and asked why we hadn’t checked out cause the staff never communicated the late check out. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a Marriott.

We booked an assesable room with what looked ike a sofa. We were put in a normal room with a chair and a phone that didnt work. Went back down to desk given another non assessable room with a slightly bigger rounded couch and a toilet so low it was difficult getting down and up from and a very uncomfortable toilet seat. Shower had some dirt in one corner as well.
