Soooooo many problems. The room itself wasn't fully cleaned. Dirt in the corners. No phone in the room. The fridge provided froze my food solid. The heater didn't work. The bed itself was very uncomfortable & the pillows extremely thin. The door doesn't close easily & you really have to shove it for it to latch closed. The worst part though was the hot tub. It was the entire reason I stayed here. It was luke-warm at best. Then on top of that it shut off an entire hour early. The only good part was the guy at the front desk. Steve was awesome, & made us feel welcome. Do yourself a favor & stay somewhere else though. It's not worth the money.

Room maid service was very good. Clean towels etc. power outage upset the WiFi in the resort facility so that only certain garden spots had a strong WiFi signal. Rest of property had a few work in progress issues te decorating but overall it was a very pleasant stay there. Special mention to the maintence man who does a fantastic job - he needs an apprentice to assist him he can’t be expected to work 24/7 as now. Management should take urgent steps to recruit.

Over $200 for a one night stay and quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I had no choice because my flight was cancelled but there was random chopped up carpet lining the walk ways, the toilet never worked and I had to use a bucket to get it to flush, there was exposed electrical and the lights were all without bulbs but one in the bathroom that was sketchily wired to a timer for no reason the “mirror” on the wall was a old sliding door from a closet?? The tv barely worked and the water from the pipes came out a deep foggy white color and never settled like tap water sometimes can. Huge waste of money this building needs MAJOR work before they can ever try to charge those nightly fees. I wish I got my money back.

We did not have wi-fi in our room our entire stay. When we arrived we were not informed that the internet/ wi-fi was down. We spent about a half hour try to connect to the internet as we had some business that we needed to take care of. We went to the front desk (because they didn’t answer the phone) to find out how to get it fixed. The front desk guy was no help and told us that there was nothing he could do, the whole neighborhood was out and didn’t know when or if it would be repaired. My husband was very frustrated at his lack of concern and got upset and asked for a refund. The front desk guy implied that there wouldn’t be a refund and verbally threw us out of the office. I was very uncomfortable with the whole experience and didn’t appreciate his attitude. We never went back to the office but we tried to connect continuously throughout our stay with no luck. I sent a message to the management when I got home and I am still waiting for a response. Poor customer service! The way that management responds to guest’s concerns and complaints is very important. There are many places to stay in Palm Springs and this motel will not be a place we will ever stay at again.
