The Space
This light-filled home features soaring ceilings, designer finishes, and walls of glass that frame unforgettable views. The open-concept living room flows seamlessly into the sleek kitchen, where you'll find high-end appliances, a large island for gathering, and custom cabinetry. Whether you're preparing a casual breakfast or hosting happy hour, this space is built for connection and comfort. Just off the living room, the first floor den offers a quiet, flexible space for working remotely or enjoying a good book.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Suite 1 (Upstairs): King bed, en suite bath w/ spa shower, walk-in closet, private view deck
• Primary Suite 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed, en suite bath, private view deck
• Den / Office (Main Level): Flexible use, ideal for work or reading
Both bedrooms are bright, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed with plush bedding, stylish furniture, and resort-inspired bathrooms.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to your own private sanctuary. The backyard boasts a sparkling pool, outdoor shower, firepit with lounge seating, and lush landscaping. Grill dinner under the shaded pergola, dine al fresco with friends, or watch the desert sky transform from golden hour to starlit night on one of three scenic balconies.

Location
Tucked into a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Palm Springs, Desert Horizon offers both serenity and convenience. You're just minutes from local favorites like Koffi, grocery stores, top restaurants, golf courses, and hiking trails—yet far enough to enjoy peace and privacy when you return home.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.

Utility Surcharge
For stays between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
There is a $199/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Additional Policies Rules
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson Terms and Conditions form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.

Desert Horizon PS Home offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
