This home was really beautiful and modern, while still being family friendly. The pool was by FAR our favorite part! We paid for heating and it was nice and warm, and the hot tub was amazing for the few cooler rainy days we had. Because we have a 2 year old that can unlock sliding doors, we brought our own adhesive door chime that would âding-dongâ any time the door opened. I would highly recommend this for families with young children/non-swimmers.
There was ping pong, lawn jenga, bag toss and a super fun retro Ms. Pac-Man arcade game and Dig dug. The beds in the two main rooms were very comfortable, and there is actually the option of a pull out couch but we did not use it. The front bedroom did have a very firm bed. We didnât use it, and it would have been too hard for me, but someone who likes a very firm mattress would be ok.
They had yummy snacks upon arrival, and when our original door code didnât work they were very responsive and got us in right away. They also left us a lovely bag of chocolates for the trouble.
Overall this is a very well run VRBO. Just watch out for the extra fees. Once you add pool heat and the other associated fees the total cost per night was almost twice the listed price. However, this seems to be the trend in Palm Springs when we were looking at other properties.
We were close to everything, and the last night we stayed in a hotel and we missed the house so much! This is a great choice for a vacation rental!
