The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I dont do elevators, the young lady that checked us in was very understanding and took the long walk with me to the stairs and up to my room. This may not be important to others but it meant a lot to me. Some hotels are not very accommodating or nice about it. Also the location is perfect. 5 minute walk to downtown. The Price point is great

Hotel Zoso felt like a bunch of empty promises. The airport shuttle was real and great. We loved the little balcony in our room. We also loved the size of the bath tub. Everything else felt false/fake. We received a link via text from the hotel prior to our stay with all the events to expect while we were there. When I asked about those events a hotel employee told me I was wrong and had old information that wasn’t accurate anymore. I told him I had received the link from the hotel and he told me I was wrong. There was supposed to be a little breakfast cafe in the hotel, they never kept the hours advertised. There was no microwave in our room. I don’t know if we went off season or what, it just felt very inaccurate to the hotel’s own description of itself as a hotel resort.
