Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Palm Springs Hyatt Regarding the help at the check-in desk is questionable. (Helpfulness included only the bare necessities. Whereas the maid service and engineering assistance (uncloging the toilet; starting heater, etc.)was especially helpful!

Everything was perfect, Amazing staff, super comfortable rooms (I’m a diagnosed insomniac and actually slept, comfortably ), delicious food (omg, the chilaquiles were divine.), drink, and great location, my only complaint was the WiFi, it didn’t work well. I’ve been staying here for twelve years and will be back.
