A quiet relaxing place to get away. The staff always friendly and nice. There’s a bar next to the pool. I enjoyed the photos of Lucy & Desi throughout the hallways. The lack of amenities makes it Not a place for family getaways but great for adults to relax. I enjoyed the live entertainment at dinner. Negatives to this place: there were dirty bed sheets in the room. Someone left big greasy stains in the sheet and pillow. So I had to make the bed, almost wasn’t able to get bed sheets because it was so late. The beds weren’t comfy. The internet is spotty… unless you’re in a good area of the building. We managed to get a couple comp wine glasses but I would prefer clean sheets over internet.

I used to frequent this hotel often and will say it has a unique charm. However, it needs to be renovated. One of the beds in our room was droopy and we didn't receive cleaning service the 4 days we were there, although requested twice. I even had to call for additional toilet paper. The pool was rather murky and i would suggest a complete drain and clean. It used to be in better shape, that's for sure! Other than that, we ordered room service which arrived very quickly! Probably the fastest room service I've ever received. Nevertheless, the price was reasonable considering my complaints.

Be wary upon reservation and on the bill there is no not notification that they charge for $50 parking. It's a separate charge that they include after the fact without notification, very misleading. No wonder the hotel has a dead vibe.

Was a good time. We'll definitely be back!! Only complaint is the beds... they are older but still slept well. TV was pretty small as well. But for being as old as it is the place is really nice!

Awesome accommodations. They just need HANDICAP PARKING POSTED. My sister has had 2 strokes and had to be let off the car at the rear door and wait for me to find a parking spot. I am also disabled.
