We chose this motel based on price and location, our tv didn’t work, when we called they just said it worked this morning, said they would look into it and never came up. Our room wasn’t cleaned (stayed 2 nights) not sure if this is hotel policy or not but they did not clean the room. The morning of the second night an outdoor speaker started at 6:30 in the morning and persisted until 9:00 saying police have been called and to leave the property. Staff stated it was from a surrounding business but definitely made the stay worse. Staff were friendly enough at the front desk on check in and check out.

The parking lots had no lights and because of that I fell on the asphalt in the parking lot requiring stitches. There was no stopper in the tub to prevent the water draining from draining out. So the only choice was a shower. Getting to take a bath was impossible. The room numbers made no sense because of the structure of the buildings. I spent many time walking around the parking lot to find my room. I will not ever go back their again.

Palm Desert during Tennis week.

‘Deluxe’ room, had a very small microwave, a small fridge, an odd shower that pointed towards the wall. A couple of stray cats tried to get in the room. Also, charged way more than I was quoted during the booking experience. Receptionist said this is due to the tennis being on that weekend. I learned my lesson and will pay up front in future. Generally needed a good makeover.
