We had issues from the very beginning, the communication was very tedious and slow. We called and left a voicemail and a text 5 days before our check-in date, we also sent an email asking if early check-in would be available but we never heard anything back until the day before we arrived so we had to make arrangements to leave our luggage somewhere else at an extra cost. Upon check-in we noticed that a lot of items shown in the listing didn’t match the actual current conditions of the property, several were missing or broken. For example: the patio umbrellas next to the pool chairs were all missing. Bedding and couches had stains in them and some of the furniture was broken, patio cushions were worn out, some ripped. We also lost Internet two days after checking in and it was never fixed so for some of us that planned to do some work, it was impossible so we had to leave every day to use the Internet elsewhere so that we could do our work. There was no propane for the outdoor fire pit so we had to buy our own and also to get charcoal to use the outdoor grill. We also lost power for about four hours overnight, we woke up because it was very hot in the house and that’s when we noticed that we didn’t have any electricity at all. Internet never got fixed so we were not able to use the TV or watch movies or do anything that required Internet. One of the beds broke so the guest staying in that room had to sleep elsewhere. They need a major update on outdoor items and bedding
