12 Milestone Dr C est une toute nouvelle maison en rangĂ©e de deux chambres situĂ©e au nord de 30A, dans le quartier chic de Prominence. Cette nouvelle communautĂ© propose une piscine de style complexe comprenant des cabines privĂ©es, des barbecues extĂ©rieurs, un centre de remise en forme et se trouve Ă  quelques minutes en vĂ©lo des plages d'Alys, de Seacrest et de Rosemary. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour inviter la famille Ă  dĂźner ou simplement vous dĂ©tendre et Ă©couter les musiciens locaux, vous n’allez pas aller trĂšs loin. Le Hub est la nouvelle destination sur 30A pour la nourriture, la boisson et le divertissement et est directement en face de la rue.

Si vous choisissez de dßner, la cuisine gastronomique avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers haut de gamme et ustensiles de cuisine est l'endroit idéal. Nice Stay!

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and well decorated which made it very easy to relax and enjoy. The balcony was also well cleaned
so you can enjoy it! I must say the property manager for this home was amazing. I stayed at a different property a month ago managed by Vacasa Florida and it was horrible
did not resolve anything! Do not stay at a property managed by them
it was truly awful! Oversee was very responsive and resolved the issues we had immediately. Oh and the amenities were nice.. I will definitely stay here again!

Good, but could be better

The area we stayed at was great! 30a was fun for all ages. The actual place that we stayed at could use some improvements. The house does look like the pictures that are listed but once you get there it’s a bit different. You can see the touch up paint that they did throughout the inside of the house. The floor was dirty as it left our feet black the first day there. The carpet in the room looked dirty because of the dirty floor as well. Couldn’t walk barefooted in the house and no mop to clean it with. As someone that likes home cooking/grilling one of the amenities was that grills were available but the house we stayed at didn’t have any grilling utensils and only one pan to cook on. Most of the beach accessories they had are outdated and broken. There wasn’t bedding for the pull out couch so we called the property managers and they provided us with extra blankets. I think I remember reading a review about a bloody pillow and when we got there the pillow was still there. They were also able to provide us with new pillows and pillow covers since most didn’t have any. For the amount of money that one pays to vacation at such a location we expected more but we’re given limited amount of toilet paper and trash bags and had to purchase our own. But we appreciated the napkins, dish soap, soap for dishwasher, and laundry detergent. I would say that they’d take into consideration the amount of people staying when providing necessities to the visitors. We also had problems with the pool codes that were provided. The first one was not working for us and I emailed the property managers. They emailed back a different code and when we tried that it didn’t work either. The security personnel on the property provided us with a code and said that the one that was given to us was old! Speaking of codes, when entering the one at the home the handle to the door needs to be pulled up to open and not down. One last thing, not a necessity but as a person who likes looking in the mirror for outfit check, a long mirror would be much appreciated to see how an outfit looks!

Great property, but beds & pillows were a miss

Overall, this was a great townhome that was beautiful, clean and in a good location. The process of checking in, checking out, etc was all easy and effortless. The only major setback on this property was the beds. The beds, linens and pillows were so not comfortable at all. Feel like we got no good sleep this weekend because of it too. For the price of this stay, we were very disappointed with the comfort of the beds, specifically pillows and sheets. If you're staying here, I'd suggest to pack your own pillows for this. Otherwise, it was a great stay, clean, updated, and beautiful and loved the pool.

Very nice unit. Only complaint was that when we arrived we found the couch and chairs filthy. Oversee got someone there quickly and they took all of couch and chair covers away to clean them. They returned them the next day very nicely cleaned.

Pass for next time

Good location, nice community and pool. However, unit was filthy. Floors were so dirty. Stains on walls, master bed sinks in so much. Couch dirty and never cleaned. Upon checkin we noticed a fruit fly infestation. We had to make our own traps to try to keep them at bay as best we could. The property manager said they couldn’t find any spray to spray for them and gave us two cheap traps that did absolutely nothing. You feel dirty the moment you walk in this place. Enjoyed the bikes they had and location to the hub.

bright and open property

this was a bright and open property, however the floors where a not as clean as preferred, left my feet black unless I wore shoes throughout the home. No basic kitchen/cooking amenities such as salt/pepper, (all though It was not mentioned to be available either). liquid soap was nice to have, as well as sponge for dishes, and detergent for dishwasher and laundry. ample towels for bath needs! :)

Great time in Santa Rosa Beach

We loved this property and would definitely stay here again. The location is great as it is across the street from the pool and the Hub (eating area). We had some trouble with the garage door when we got there and they immediately sent someone to take care of. Keep in mind that the unit is over the garage so when you get there.....you will have to climb some stairs. Overall this is a wonderful place!!! We LOVED it.

We really enjoyed this property. It is one of the first homes when you pull in prominence and you can see the hub from the balcony. It also is across the street from the pool which is so nice. We used the 2 bikes included and that was really nice as well. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Great location

This property was very nice, with the exception of the furniture. The bed in the master bedroom was ridiculously uncomfortable and worn out. It sunk in the middle to the point my husband nor I could either one use our pillow. We are young and active, yet could hardly get out of this bed it was so worn out. I did not notice this complaint in the reviews, until I went back and looked. This complain was made over a year ago and nothing has been done. The furniture in the living room was the same way, as well as very dirty. I would not recommend staying here for these reasons, and we will not be back to this particular home.

Perfectly in the middle

This location was great for us because it was perfectly located between Seaside where it is too congested and beautiful Rosemary & Alys Beach. Prominence was perfect. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated, the Hub gives you the food, shopping & activity for the fam, also the pool was great. Our only issue was getting into our condo was a little quirky. We couldn’t get in and waited awhile to get a call back to find out we had to pull up on our handle instead of down. Will definitely stay again though!!
