Great location

I really enjoyed my stay at this location and I did have great communication with the owners. I do feel like the condo needs some updating though. The furniture seemed just a little tired and I did miss having an icemaker, which has been the norm for me in beach properties for a long time. The owners were extremely responsive when I emailed them about a stain on the couch that we found on our arrival. This is a smaller condo than others in the area and was very suitable for my small party of me and my two children. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and the location

We loved our trip to Seacrest beach!! The house had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 4. The location was great, a short walk to the pool and local coffee and restaurants. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning and evenings. Would 100% recommend! We will definitely be back.

Overall, our stay was great, and the property had all the amenities needed for a very enjoyable experience. However, we didn't like the 10–15-minute walk to the beach in over 100-degree heat. The shuttle within the complex was convenient, but it was often full, so we had to wait for another one. Additionally, there was construction of a new property on the corner, which was quite noisy in the mornings as the workers started before 8:00 am. I would recommend this property for a family of 4 and the place was very clean and cozy.

Great house for small family

Our stay at the Casita in Paradise was wonderful! Everything was as described in the pictures. The owner was easy and quick to communicate with. They also have a very detailed informational guest guide they give that is super helpful. Overall a great stay for small families.

Splendid Smaller Space

We had an amazing stay. The owner Kenny was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions on two occasions. The home was equipped with everything you may need and extremely well organized! The proximity to the pool and rear door parking made this a perfect location. I highly recommend this home for two couples or a small family!

Perfection in Paradise

Truly a great house with lots of little extra supplies that made our stay really nice. Friends stayed about 7 houses down in a huge new house and they didn't even have salt and pepper for their guests. The umbrellas and chairs in the storage area outside will save you about $80 a day, just a lot of nice touches that made our first visit to Rosemary Beach really easy and fun. Host was easy to communicate with and it really is perfect for a small family.

The Perfect Getaway

This Casita was just right for our family. While the kids did have to share a room, we knew this going in and the pull out trundle was comfortable. The upstairs balcony is perfect for reading a book with your morning coffee or having a cocktail as the sun sets. The outdoor shower made it easy to clean off the beach sand from our cooler and gear at the end of each day. It’s a close walk to the community pool in Seacrest and about a 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants if you choose not to take the tram. The kitchen while small, is well stocked with all you really need to prepare your meals - plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, glassware and cutlery. All in all, our family truly enjoyed our vacation at Casita in Paradise. We would use this property again.

Lovely beach house!! Perfect for small family!

We had such a wonderful time staying here! It was perfect for our family of 4. The house was well stocked, right next to a tram pick up for the beach, and close to the pool! So nice to have beach chairs/umbrellas available for use. We should have brought an extra garbage bag and some shampoo/conditioner! Otherwise it was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again. Wished our vacation was longer.
