Une fois Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de cette charmante maison de ville en bord de mer nichĂ©e dans le sable blanc sucrĂ© surplombant les eaux Ă©meraude de 30A, vous vous sentirez immĂ©diatement de retour chez vous. Il offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique depuis les deux Ă©tages et une palette intĂ©rieure de dĂ©coration lĂ©gĂšre et dĂ©contractĂ©e avec une touche d'attrait nautique.

Un patio couvert pour votre plaisir avec un patio en bois supplémentaire qui s'étend sur toute la longueur de la propriété pour votre plaisir de détente en plein air. Marchez directement de la porte arriÚre de cette maison de ville à la plage de sable. Vous serez ravis qu'il n'y ait pas de condos de grande hauteur à proximité pour encombrer votre accÚs privé à la plage.

La maison de ville peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 7 personnes. Les couchages sont (1) King dans le maßtre à l'étage, (1) Lit queen dans la chambre d'amis au rez-de-chaussée, et (1) Lits superposés doubles et (1) lit jumeau dans la chambre d'hÎtes à l'étage. Nous avons tout fait pour que Harmony Beach soit votre «chez-vous loin de chez vous» ... à la plage! Situé dans la paisible communauté familiale de Seacrest Beach, prÚs de la célÚbre plage de Rosemary, en Floride, et à seulement 6 miles de Seaside. Blue 9 est un petit complexe avec seulement neuf maisons en rangée qui se trouvent directement sur le golfe du Mexique.

Ceci est une maison de ville Gulf Front 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain. Au 2Úme étage se trouve la chambre principale avec lit king-size Gulf Front avec balcon privé pour profiter de la vue panoramique sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique avec une télévision connectée de 42 '' et le cùble et en plus une chambre king invité au 2Úme étage avec salle de bain privée. La chambre au 1er étage avec deux lits jumeaux sur des couchettes futon complÚtes, cette chambre dispose d'une télévision connectée de 40 pouces pour louer des films via Netflix (sans cùble). Vous pouvez aller directement de la porte arriÚre de cette maison de ville à la plage alors venez profiter de la vie à la plage.

Wonderful beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rental management company was easy to work with and the house is everything described in the post.If your goal is to be able to wake up and look at the ocean, you should stay here.If you’re looking for a roomy beach without big crowds, you should stay here.If you want to have a house that you can walk to the beach in about 45 seconds, you should stay here!We will be booking again!

Great place on the beach

Nice place on the beach, convenient to shops and restaurants. We had a great stay! The only suggestions I would make is a ceiling fan on the balcony to stir a breeze when there isn’t one, and a caution about using 3 appliances at once in the kitchen (a circuit breaker was thrown and we had quite a hunt for the circuit box!) Overall I give this place a thumbs up!

Nice Property--Management company not great

Very lovely condo in a great location. Beach is beautiful. End unit is perfect. Benchmark Management is not great. VERY stingy on towels, no washcloths and told us no when we asked for more. Lots of texting during visit but reply number did not work and link to rebook was broken. Unit could be cleaner. They did not move anything when they vacuumed. Dusty and found trash under beds, under tables, and behind sofa.

Location location location

Our stay was great! Right on the beach! A short walk down the stairs and toes were in the sand. It was 2 minute drive to “The Hub”, a great family hangout. The drives to rosemary beach’s me seaside were also pretty fast. Would not recommend a golf cart at this location just due to the only drive would be to the Hub, all others a vehicle would be a bettter choice

Choose for location & views only, not much else

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but hopefully it will help people avoid or cause owner / property manager to realize it needs to do way more to have a competitive product. The views and location were awesome, but really it stopped there. It’s almost like this was purchased 20+ years ago and nothing changed since. A lot could have been avoided with property management, some with owner putting in some money. I left the following list with Benchmark when I checked out
 Wifi didn’t work Cobwebs in corners of walls Found moth in master bedding Missing master window coverings completely Mildew on master shower curtain Kids room bathtub doesn’t drain well, also missing the drain plug Master bedroom bed mattress have huge dips, hard to sleep Master bed headboard not attached at all Cable doesn’t work well in living room Master toilet paper holder falling off wall Master balcony screen door broken Cracks in walls and ceilings

Great location and layout.

Property is in a great location on 30a close to shops and restaurants. Layout and size of property is great. The water and beach is beautiful. There are quite a few steps down to the beach, this was not a problem for us. It would be a issue for someone who is not steady on their feet or not in decent shape. The bushes just beyond the back deck are a little tall so you cannot really see the beach unless you are standing up, but still have a very beautiful water view. The bathrooms are clean but need some general upkeep and a lot of the electrical outlets did not charge our phones/tablets. But over all had a wonderful time with my family in a comfortable home.

Overall, great stay; just inconveniences from repairs

My sisters, mom & I had an absolutely wonderful long weekend stay here overall. We watched the sunset over the beach every night while eating dinner & enjoyed the location of being between seaside & rosemary communities. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were three different issues that needed to be fixed that should have been fixed before our arrival (but I suppose the last guest didn’t report the issues & therefore the maintenance team didn’t know to fix them?) The air conditioning, the ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom, & the button to start the dryer were all In need of repair, so I called to have them fixed, but had to keep tabs on the maintenance crew in order to make sure they were all getting fixed! I expect to make a call & that be the only requirement from me the rest of the weekend (benchmark management is afterall supposed to manage these things, are they not?). But unfortunately, I was tied up in maintenance communication the first night & half of the day we were there; therefore my vacation time there was very much reduced. Thankfully the issues were resolved after the first full day of being there, however, I was very much disappointed that the one weekend I had with my sisters & mom was cut short because of the management of these problems not being taken care of like they should have been. Hopefully the next guest won’t have any issues at all because I made sure to call & get them all fixed, ha!

We had a great time, the bathrooms were not great, but the overall experence was excellent, everyday was a new revalation of Gods beauty. The part I want to mention is, we left a rain jacket in the house, it wasn't worth anything, but it had sentimental value. Garret Realty was great with the attention they gave to helping me with finding something so seemingly unimportant. Thanks!

Great Location!

The property was great for our family of 5. It was quiet and right on the beach so no need to take a trolley to the beach as many properties are on the north side of 30a. We were out of the hustle and bustle of the Seaside area, but just a short bike ride to all the the shopping and restaurants when we needed. Our family likes to cook and the cookware was in need of replacing. Also not even a salt a pepper shaker was there, so plan to bring everything if you come. Overall it was a great stay and we would book it again.

Phenomenal vacation

We loved every moment of out stay. The house was great! Very clean, roomy and comfortable. The patio was wonderful to watch sunrises and sunsets. The beach was all ours. We will be back!
