Let’s start with an AWESOME BEACH LOCATION!!! Our 8th floor condo is located in the most sought after Panama City Beach locale: the quiet, peaceful, and serene west end. Although we are only two miles from the incredible shopping, dining, and entertainment venue, Pier Park, we are a “world away” from the crowds, noise, incredibly dense beach population, and more.
Tropic Winds amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool (heated from end of Nov. to March) steam room, hot tub, huge sun deck and grilling areas.
There is also a sauna and small fitness center conveniently located just two doors away from our unit.

Now for the condo itself: This is a SMOKE FREE 2 bedroom/2 bath unit.As soon as you enter you will see the kitchen, dining, living areas, featuring a wall of glass with a breathtaking view of the emerald waters and white sandy beach below. The kitchen is completely outfitted with everything you might need. There is seating at the breakfast bar as well as a dining table for six. Living area includes 65 inch smart TV, comfortable seating and sleeper sofa. The sliding doors open to a massive balcony. What a view! Here you can enjoy dining at our new table, lounging in full motion recliners, and most importantly taking in amazing views of the beach, the ocean, and sunrise/sunsets, as well as views of aquatic life in the water such as dolphins and rays.
The primary bedroom also has sliding doors that provide access to the balcony. It features a king size bed, full bath, and extra large closet, and 55" smart TV.
Secondary bedroom is also a king size bed, adjoining full bath, and 55" smart tv. If you are traveling with small children, there is a pak-n-play and high chair provided as well.
The laundry room includes a brand new full-sized Samsung washer and dryer, making it easy to launder towels, and swim suits, etc.

We provide complimentary beach chair service from March 15 thru October 31 which includes two padded beach loungers and large umbrella. Inside the unit, you will find additional beach chairs, beach toys, and games of all sorts.
We provide a reserved parking space in the building, just feet away from the elevators, and additional overflow parking across the street.

Our HOA does not allow us to rent to any singles under the age of 25 years old-no exceptions.

So glad i chose this condo. Comfortable beds, great views and so relaxing. Everything you're family needs for the beach is supplied. The extra large balcony was a plus! The owner is very quick to respond and very cordial. Also pier park is only a 10 minute drive. Just a great place to stay!

Great beach stay

This beach front condo has a beautiful view of the beach and water. The large balcony has a dining table and chairs to enjoy meals while listening to the surf and enjoying the view. We had a minor issue and the manager was responded immediately. This condo was well equipped to allow us to enjoy our time on the beach without having to bring our own beach gear. The kitchen was also well equipped to allow me to make meals. The beds were moderately comfortable. The parking garage and assigned space were a little stressful, but you have the option of using an over flow parking lot across the street. We had a very enjoyable stay in this condo and would book it again on our next visit to PCB.

Wonderful condo. Well furnished (even had many of the things that we normally have to run and buy) and just as described. Beautiful ocean views in a less congested part of PCB. We will definitely return if we go back to the area. You can’t go wrong with this one.

Absolutely amazing!! I cant say enough GREAT things about our stay here!! Clean, organized, freebies (like a bin of suntan lotions, closet and bins FULL of sand toys, chairs, boogie boards, a pack and play AND 2 highchairs!!!) I had my mother in law with that has health issues and not alot of time left, and they had flowers there when we arrived just for her 💜 12/10 fot SURE!!! Will definitely be staying here again!! LOVE it 😀

The Perfect Rental!

We had a blast staying here. This condo has everything you can possibly think of that you would need just like if you were at home. It's a big space and has plenty of seating room. The balcony is huge and the views are breathtaking. We never had to wait for an elevator. The pool and the beach weren't overly crowded. Guests and other condo owners were so friendly to us. It was very close to everything we wanted to do. We had a few questions and reached out to the property manager. His customer service is excellent. We had a wonderful stay & hope others books here and have the same experience we did. We will definitely be back!

This was a last minute booking for my family to get a quick trip in. The condo was clean and does have everything you would need for your stay including plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards! We needed to contact the property manager and it was a Sunday morning and he immediately responded and helped and was amazing! We will definitely come back to this unit in the future!

Great place for families on the beach

I love the location right on the beach. The unit comes with a bunch of toys for the kids to play with in the sand, which is awesome. The adults get two chairs and an umbrella and a small table for free at the beach and there are plenty of them, so no need to rush out there in the morning to snag one. The only "bad" thing about it is the parking garage is really tight and you cannot tell who is around a corner. Even the excess parking across the street didn't have many spots that weren't reserved, so it wasn't much better. Also, the unit had issues with the door lock malfunctioning. Thankfully, each time we had someone inside who could get it to open, but it was something I was concerned about.

Fabulous condo. Everything you could want or need as far as kitchen appliances and cooking dishes. Lots of towels and beach towels. The beach chairs and umbrella was such a wonderful addition. Communication with Randy was terrific. Views and size of deck perfect. Would highly recommend!

End of summer

The weather was super hot but we still enjoyed the beach several hours each day. The condo was clean and that’s something coming from us. We usually wipe down everything before we unpack. Nice place. We have stayed at Tropic Winds at least twice a year for about 15 years. Love the location.
