It was a very clean house with everything me and my husband needed. A little quirky with one bathroom toilet that didnt work well. Other than that everything was good.

Not worth the price. There are some good and some bad things about this place. Good: location, an ok ocean view from the deck and next to a food place. BAD : Awful Sewage smell, the toilets didn't work properly, one toilet didn't flush the other toilet flushed but took forever to fill back up, Very Small not for 4 people maybe 2, the electric system were complicated just to turn on the lights and the most important light didn't even work( living room light), the chairs were stained and wobbly, the grass was not maintained. This is one of those rental property that you just have to say " well i already rented it so i have to make do with what it is". Will i stay here again...Nope. would i recommend it... Nope. The owner communicated well she sent out a maintenance guy a few times but he couldn't solve any of the problems. We are a glass is half full family so we made do but the worse was the sewage smell just awful.

Our stay at this beach house was absolutely charming. Even though it's a house with history, built in 1936, we were pleasantly surprised to find it offered all the modern comforts you'd expect from a contemporary beach home. The decor was beautiful, and everything felt incredibly comfortable, truly inviting relaxation. What we enjoyed most was the tranquility of the place and the gorgeous ocean view. While it's an ideal house for smaller groups (I'd say perfect for 4 people), every corner is well-utilized, and we never felt cramped. Plus, the location is excellent, with everything you need nearby, which made our stay even easier and more pleasant. As for minor improvements, we did notice some dusty surfaces and the showers could have been a bit cleaner upon our arrival. We also missed having a broom to keep the place tidy during our stay. Despite these small details, our overall experience was very positive. We would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable beach getaway. In fact, we'd absolutely book here again every time we visit the beach, provided it's available! Rating: 4.9/5 stars

Family Vacation

This property was very cute great for our family vacation. Excellent location right across the street from the beach, unbelievable views of the ocean and Thomas Donuts right next door. I would recommend this property to all my family and friends. We will definitely be going back.

Great location!!!

This cottage is in the perfect location to load up and walk across the street to the beach. Evenings are great sitting on the top deck people watching. The Carousel and Thomas Donuts are so convenient to this cottage. I highly recommend it! Very clean and well stocked. Comfy beds too!

Nice cottage, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Pamela's cottage. It's cozy but big enough for my family and our dog. Two nice sized bedrooms plus three piece bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home if that's your preference. There is a great grocer with walking distance and a vast selection of awesome restaurants nearby. The rooftop sundeck is a wonderful place to enjoy early morning coffee. The beach is steps away and so nice. Looking forward to visiting the Key Lime Cottage again. BTW the cottage has a level 2 EV charger! Definitely a nice to have.
