The sea castle is an ideal accommodation for multiple families traveling together. It provided each family with its own floor and living space when needed. The beds were comfortable, and the views from every level of the house were absolutely spectacular. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the recreation room, which featured a pool table and hot tub right outside. The beach was amazing, and access to it was easy. We only wish we had taken advantage of the bonfire or chair setup, but unfortunately, the weather and New Year’s Day prevented us from doing so. The communication was excellent. A little surprised by the lack of toilet paper and trash bags, but that must be standard practice. We highly recommend and would happily return.

The house location was great fore us and we had more than enough room for 16 of us. We had a few electrical problems with the ovens, elevator, and spa. 30A did everything they could to make it right.

breathtaking

We had the most incredible stay at the sea castle! There was a group of 24 of us and it never felt like there wasn’t enough room. The house is stunning. The beach is breathtaking. And the surrounding cities will insure there’s never a lack of things to do. We will definitely be back!

I rented this beautiful beach house for the celebration of my 40th birthday and it was PERFECT! I had 21 total guests and all of them were blown away with the house! Family Spring Break

My family of 18 people, ages 2-70yrs old, had a wonderful week at Sea Castle! The beach is powdery soft sand and not too crowded. The home is gorgeous, functional, and spacious. Everyone was comfortable with plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The kids loved the pool table, foosball table and video games on the first floor. The fam enjoyed the 3 side by side TV’s for march madness basketball as well. And I have to say that the extra half bath that is outside accessible by the pool was genius by the planners. It’s lovely to have a hot tub and pool on the beach. The extra sitting room off the stairs and the office off the stairs were perfect bonus spaces for people to use. It’s a great house for a large family vacation. Our only cons would be that you have to choose between heating the pool or heating the hot tub. We did not understand this before coming. And that the deck is real wood and starting to show wear and many in our family had splinters all week. Especially the kiddos. It became the family joke of the week, who had the most splinters?

You don't have to leave!

We used the house for a mini-family reunion with 12 people varying in age from 17-76. The house offers so many amenities that we only left the house to go to the beach or the store. The games in the ground floor were our source of entertainment every night with hours of foosball and pool tournaments. And I may have gotten addicted to Pac-Man and Frogger reliving my childhood. The sunsets were unbelievable over the water. The only issue we had was the pool heat and they were VERY responsive. The Property Management is top notch. If you are looking for a house that has everything and don't want to drive anywhere, this is it. P.S. The floors throughout the house are beautiful. If the owner remembers the Name and Maker of the floors, we would love to know as we are redoing our floors.

Amazing Property

We had the opportunity to stay at this property in December 2023. We had 13 guest overnight at the property and 19 during the day. There is plenty of room to entertain, have quite time and the views are amazing. I would recommend this property. Excellent for large groups! Wish we would have had more time!!

Outstanding location and home

We love the Sea Castle! The pictures of the listing is exactly what you can expect and more. Solid construction, beautifully appointed, lots of natural light and tremendous amounts of space for gathering, visiting, eating and fun. The only thing that was an issue is that the pool lights did not turn on. Very minor thing. Everyone was comfortable, beds and linens were amazing. The complementary umbrella and chairs on the beach each morning was special. The kitchen is well appointed with dishes, cookware, flatware, and everything you would need. We look forward to booking this location again as everyone absolutely raved about it.

The house and it’s views were absolutely amazing. We loved that our teenagers had space to chill downstairs and our littles loved the bunk room on the top floor. Was a perfect set up. Lots of dishes to cook, ice machines helped so much with 15 people, and double dishwasher is great. Would rent a million times over!!

What a place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our family beach vacation at Sea Castle. A well designed vacation rental home with plenty of space and directly on the beach. The heated pool and spa were used often by all of us. I give this rental a thumbs up with five stars!

The best vacation home and location!!

We stayed here with 10 adults and three young children. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. The vibe is luxurious. We cooked, grilled and ate our family dinners on the porch off the kitchen or by the pool; both locations overlook the ocean. The view was unbelievable!! There were 2 offices off the stairs where those who wanted to work a day or two could find a quiet space and still enjoy a beautiful beach view. The 8 chairs and umbrellas which were delivered to the beach each day were a nice, much appreciated touch. The beach is soft sugar sand. One evening, we had a bonfire on the beach arranged through the management, complete with beach chairs, blue tooth speaker, tiki torches and s'mores. The management was professional, responsive, helpful .... the best! We would definitely stay here again.
