The unit was fantastic. Great location, and the pictures are 100% spot on to what you get. The patio has fantastic views. The location is great, and within driving distance to Pier Park (about 2-2.5 miles away), McGuire's (1 mile), and Mike's (0.3 miles-walkable). Very smooth and simple in obtaining the beach chair service.

Beautiful place to be in PCB

We absolutely loved staying at Tropic Winds. The condo is beautiful and the location on the beach is perfect - not too close to the craziness of Pier Park. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice area but we were there to enjoy the beach. Hannah (our host) is amazing, and she was on top of everything which made our stay even better. Driving from Ohio was a bit much so next time we plan to fly.

Fabulous Memorial Day Week!

First, the condo is decorated beautifully. The colors are soft and the layout worked really well for our family. The beach area is beautiful. We brought our own chairs and sat waterside each day and it was fabulous! Kids loved playing in the sand- and learning all about hermit crabs, and collecting shells. Lots to do in the local area. We enjoyed checking out local coffee shops and restaurants. The counter- height table and stools on the balcony was our morning meeting place- and evenings too. A beautiful place to see the sunrise and set. We would recommend this condo and location - highly! I wondered if it would matter that one bedroom had a view and the other did not
 it didn’t one bit. We never even opened the drapes in the room with the view- because we used the balcony and were so busy enjoying the beach and local area. We did also use the Sauna on the 8th floor- very nice. The only thing we stressed over a bit was parking for the second car, which honestly worked out great. We did stay parked in an overflow spot during our stay and just used the car had the assigned spot. We arrived early (pure excitement!!) but used the time to orient ourselves to the local area and note places we wanted to check out. We did spent a morning and afternoon checking out Rosemary Beach and that was a really good time- great place to rent a bike and explore- several good restaurants. This is a really special place! Thank you Hannah for sharing it with us! Special memories made by all!

Beautiful, Thoughtfully Appointed Condo – A Perfect Return Stay

Truly a relaxing stay at this beautifully decorated condo in Panama City Beach! My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the fall so much, it was the first place we checked for availability this spring. Every detail of the space was thoughtfully designed with our needs anticipated. It made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The décor was stylish yet welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere that was perfect for our beach vacation. We spent most of our time on the beach, but the oversized balcony was a great place to relax, watch the sunset or eat a meal.

Beautiful place

Condo was everything they said it was. It was in beautiful shape and has a gorgeous view of the Gulf.There were a couple cleanliness issues that were overlooked whenit was cleaned. The pull out couch had sand on the bed part when you took off the couch cushions. Also a couple of the bed sheets were stained with whzt looked like blood or makeup. For the price of the condo i'm sure they dont have to use stained sheets. Also the couch needs to be steam cleaned. Other than that it was spotless. Loved the place. Would definitely stay again.

Nice Oceanfront Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property and found that the condo was spacious, well-stocked, and offered beautiful oceanfront views. Unfortunately, the week we stayed had strong winds and the pool/sauna area was closed for renovations which was a little disappointing. The chairs on the beach were a nice amenity and we appreciated the book of recommendations on the counter.

Just what we needed

This was the perfect stay for our first little family spring break vacation. My only regret is not staying longer, but hope to be back many times. The location is fantastic and the condo was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

Great hi-rise condo with large balcony and direct gulf view.

Beautiful 16th floor condo with direct view of the gulf. Everything was as advertised. The host was quickly available for any question, The only problem during the entire week was a small problem with TV (new battery for remote). And they had a family member available within an hour for the repair. Very accommodating host and family. All in all, great condo, great host/family with lots to do in Panama City Beach.

Christmas getaway

Beautiful property! Very quiet an relaxing stay. Workout room was fantastic...even got to watch dolphins from the treadmill! Balcony and beach were wonderful. Even during not so great weather we could eat from there and enjoy the sounds of the gulf. Beds were appointedappointed.

Another wonderful stay!

Cannot say enough good things about this property and its host, Hannah. Perfect location, beautiful beach, beach chairs provided (in season), beautifully maintained unit with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fabulous Fall Break

This was our second time staying at Tropic Winds 1601 and we hope to return again in the future! We love the quiet west end location and beautiful end balcony views! The beds are comfortable, the furniture is attractive and the kitchen has any gadget you might need.

Good stay on the beach

The view was beautiful. The place was nice. The people were nice. My only complaints are there was some sand or something on the countertop that I had to clean off and the kitchen floor was a little Sandy. For whatever reason there was dishes left in the dishwasher. the towel rack in the spare bathroom came off the wall. The last night we were there there was a lot of loud banging noises that freaked me out so I left early.

Wonderful place

We couldn't have been happier staying at this place. Thank you for letting me and my 76-year-old mother and my two grandchildren stay in your home and make memories that my grandkids will remember forever. The location was perfect, and the accommodations were amazing. Even though we could not figure out how to get hot water in the primary bedroom's bathroom, we extremely enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything you could ever need. Can't wait to stay here again.

Overall great place!

3 adults & 3 kids (2, 2 & 4) - perfect location with great views! Family friendly pool and private beach access made for a great family vaca. We spent tons of time on the balcony looking over the water!! Only trouble we had was with our second vehicle and instructions on guest parking which resulted in our vehicle being towed by the building. Other than that we loved it!

Beautiful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very spacious and worked well for our family of 6, ranging from adults to toddlers. It was nicely decorated and very clean, which we greatly appreciate with little kids. The balcony has a wonderful corner view and nice furniture for relaxing and watching the sunset. The condo is conveniently located near Thomas Donuts and several other great restaurants. We would happily return.

Amazing Condo

We loved our stay at Tropic Winds. It was exactly as pictured/described. The condo is updated and very comfortable. We loved the large balcony on the end which allowed for wonderful breeezes. The parking spot on the first level was a game changer as the parking garage is a bit tight. We had a small issue at check-in and Hannah was quick to reply. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone and will probably book it again for next year.
