Location is wonderful, but the bed is not comfortable and felt rickety, a king bed would be better suited. We had issues with the air conditioning not allowing us to control it during the night. The light from the outside hallway is very bright at night with no curtains to darken it so I slept very poorly. The bathroom is outdated and needs a facelift.
Decently clean and great location and thatâs about it. I have stayed in other units here and they were much better than this room. The fan does not operate separately from the lights, bed and pillows not great, room would not cool properly, no WiF, no tv and no help from Vacasa.
This room is great for a couples trip. Itâs right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants and close to the beach access. We had a great time. The entry hall to the unit seemed like it needed a freshening paint job but everything else was fine.
This property was exactly what I needed for a quick weekend away to recharge. Very clean, easy booking and excellent communication, great location, quiet, safe for solo travelers. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the bed was pretty uncomfortably hard. A night or two is survivable but it would have been a bigger issue if I had stayed longer. I did bring my own pillow after reading some other reviews, glad I did. I would definitely stay again but would bring a memory foam mattress pad :â).
Overall, it was a decent stay. Itâs in a fantastic location however, it could definitely be cleaned a lot better. The shower was dirty and the shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash container thatâs attached to the shower was Phil just with water and no soap. There is also no bathroom fan, but for some reason when you looked up in the vent, it was caked with pounds of dust that should definitely be cleaned out. There was also have use paint can and roller brush in one of the closets. I thought that should probably leave so people could use it to store some things with. The communication with the owner was great and great location however, just needs minor update and a cleaning department
This property was a mess. The bed was broken and on the floor. The lights and fans did not work. The spare toilet paper was soaking wet. The bath mat was wet and mildewed. There were no glasses and few dishes. Vacasa the first night kept telling me the bed issue would be resolved. Never did. The local Vacasa were never informed until the next day. They moved us and helped us. Never again!!!
Shouldnât be rented until several things are fixed
When we arrived, none of the three fans or their accompanying lights worked. The heater didnât work the first night. On the second day, the bed frame broke from the headboard. We contacted the management company and they sent maintenance. The maintenance men were very nice but they mentioned that they were aware that the fan/light above the bed had burned up and didnât work. They also mentioned that the bed wouldnât be able to be fixed and would need to be replaced. He said that before looking at the bed, making me believe that he knew the bed was broken prior to us renting. The maintenance man then showed us how to work the heater remote but told us it was broke because the heat wouldnât come on. My husband and I kept trying after maintenance left and finally got the heat to work, which resulted in black clusters of dust and mold flying out onto the bed.
I spoke to someone at Vacasa, who sent us the maintenance man but wasnât sure if we would be able to be moved to another location. By the time we received a call regarding moving we had already left for the birthday dinner we were in town for.
The studio looked cute on VRBO but I believe the management company or owner knew that the studio had broken items and shouldnât have rented it in its current condition. We very much enjoyed Rosemary Beach but will not be staying at any of the Vacasa properties when we return.
I am requesting that someone from Vacasa contact me to discuss remedying the situation.
The place is quiet and convenient. Communication lacked with rental agency. Phone number to call was always busy and finding it was a little cumbersome. There was a distinct smell of cleaner as well as concerning stains on the ceiling just over the bed which looks a lot like mold and a leak. One night was okay but more than that would be a problem.
It was very difficult finding the property. The ad listed the unit as $98/night. After taxes and so many fees it ended up costing well over $200/night. There were no many people in such a small area it was uncomfortable. You would never know you were across the street from the beach due to the congestion of people, bikes and traffic. I will go elsewhere in the future.

Overall a good experience. Was a little hard to locate at first as the building markings are hard to see- but no problems once we found it. Easy walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants
Great time, a few additions would make it excellent.
We enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Beach. The listing labels this condo as Rosemary Beach, but you are actually about a 3 min walk from Rosemary. Beach access is at Seacrest, and youâll need to walk 5-7 mins or take the tram to the beach. The listing I read wasnât very clear about that. However, the tram was timely and drivers very friendly.
We enjoyed the shops and restaurants within the complex as well as the walk to nearby Alys Beach. If going further down than Alys Beach, you will likely need to drive.
Recommendations to the host:
Provide extra trash bags for guests
Hang curtains over the window; the flood lights at night are very bright
Make sure your cleaning crew vacuums well; floors were sandy upon entry
Overall, a decent place in nice location!
We loved staying in this sweet little condo. Everything was spotless, check in was easy, and all the fun little shops were right outside. First time to rosemary beach. Success!
It was a nightmare finding the property. There are so many condos in the area and the confirmation gave no indication of how to find the condo. I called the number on my confirmation and the operator had no idea how to tell me to get to the condo. She was not located in the area. I ended up wandering around the enormous complex for more than an hour until I found it. The buildings and condos were poorly marked, as was the unit itself. It was actually miraculous that I finally found it. The building was "C", while the unit on my confirmation was "CB" and the hallway to the condo wasn't marked at all, appearing to be a private business. Just all around bad instructions/signage. After my stay, I stopped by the local office and was promised a call from the management of the property, which I never received.
