Great Vacation

We stayed here for my little sister’s senior trip & had a great time! The location is the primary selling point of this condo. It’s the perfect spot on 30A— you’re close to Rosemary & Alys Beach, as well as Seaside, but you don’t feel crowded at this condo. It’s a private beach all around you, which is a huge plus. The condo was accurately portrayed in photos & the description. It is a little dated & not the most luxurious place to stay, but it was clean & had the necessaries, with a great view & comfortable bed. We could’ve used some more towels.. bathroom rugs, blankets, & another mirror would’ve been great. Plenty of kitchenware. Overall we enjoyed our stay & were grateful to find this spot!

I went with my wife and teenage son for a week of relaxation and Seamist delivered!! Sitting on balcony watching the dolphins swim past, sitting on the perfect beach and watching the amazing sunsets. What a week. Hosts were incredible as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your piece of paradise

Beautiful view, beach, and location

This condo was a great stay for our long weekend sister trip. The condo unit and entire property was extremely clean and nice. The ocean view from the large porch was beautiful, and the porch had very nice, clean furniture. The stretch of beach in front of this condo is perfect- uncrowded, wide, clean. There’s a nice sitting area on the stairs heading down to the beach where we enjoyed sitting to visit before heading to dinner if we didn’t want to get sandy but wanted to enjoy the beach. There is a very nice, smooth paved trail in front of the condo that takes you right into Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside; it was great for bikes, strollers, running, and walking. Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside were maybe 5-10 minute drives from the condo, and we really enjoyed these areas for coffee, restaurants, and shops. The condo itself had everything we needed in the kitchen and was very clean and comfortable. The owners were wonderful communicators via the VRBO app and text. Highly recommend this condo!

Perfect beachfront getaway

We enjoy staying in the Seacrest Beach area, especially if it’s right on the beach. With only 12 condos, there’s plenty of private beachfront. And if you can’t take a whole day of sun and water, the porch is a perfect setting to eat at the high top table or relax and read on the double loinge chair with its beautiful view and wave sounds!

Excellent Condo - Great Location

Great location and clean. WiFi was spotty the first couple days but was consistent remainder of time. Neighbors above us and to our west in unit 7 smoked on their patios. Although indirectly related to our unit it directly impacted us while occupying the patio as we are non-smokers. Luckily the groups that smoked were only overlapped our stay for two nights.

Empty Nesters

Great location and views on 30A right on the beach! Easy bike ride or car hop to the restuarants / shops to the west or east, but the condo is away from those more crowded areas. Comfortable condo inside and especially on the deck! We plan on coming back to Seamist!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for our anniversary weekend. The location was perfect for biking and enjoying the beach. We really like the location of this unit. And we spend most of our time on the porch (shade or sun) or in the kitchen or out on the beach. The kitchen is easy to use and well furnished and we enjoy eating in most of the time. Sitting on the porch, reading or watching the water and the wildlife is a great way to unwind. A trip out to Buddy's Seafood Market and we were all set for a shrimp feast! When sunset comes, you can go out to the landing at the top of the stairs and be social with other friendly guests, or just watch the show from the balcony. Beautiful way to end the day!

Great beach access!!

Loved this property! Great access to the beach and places to eat. Publix is only 2 miles away. My husband and I were able to run 6 miles on the bike/walking paths and it was wonderful. Owners provided dishwasher and laundry soap and responded quickly when I had a question about the coffee maker. Highly recommend for a couple or a family with two young children.

Fall Break was amazing!

Great location! Away from the bustle of Seaside, close to Publix. Watched dolphins as I enjoyed my morning coffee on the covered porch on the second floor. The view was perfect. Nicely furnished and very clean. Our hosts provided everything we needed for a wonderful week.

Perfect Beach Vacation!!
