Well, this could take a minute when we first got there. The bathroom door fell off of my hands when I was opening it then went out the front door to inform them of the problem and then came back, and the lock wouldn’t work at least five times a day. Every other time you went out the door of the lock would not work. And then got ready to get in bed and the bed was falling apart and then got up and then the water was out for the day and the list does go on very very bad experience, but the golf was beautiful.

This hotel has a lot of hidden fees that they do not tell you about! When I got to the desk to check in the attendant told me that I had to give her $213 and she promised that I would get that back at checkout the whole amount. Check out comes and the next attendance says oh no you only get 153 of that back and it can take up to 30 days.

The view was very nice. The cleanliness was terrible. The property is in disrepair. We had issues with the hairdryer, not working. One of the televisions had issues. Never got our room cleaned in six days that we stayed there. I had to chase the cleaning people to get clean towels. We had no hot water for two days. The door to the balcony wouldn’t lock, which was very uneasy for us. The worst hotel I’ve have ever stayed at.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean . Other tourists were nice and respectable. My only complaint is that the continental breakfast area was no longer in use. Every other time that we went, it was available. But not this time. With the cost of the rooms, i think a continental breakfast should be included and when we talked to other tourists, they said the same thing

Great price, loved having kitchen and separate bedroom. Staff at front desk are awesome. Building is older, it is a 2 star not 4 star. But then price would be more. Kitchen wasn’t very supplied but we had brought what we needed. Very nice trip. I will stay again!!

Upon check-in, we were informed the view that we paid for was obstructed, but they would be able to change our room the next day. Our room was not cleaned the first couple of days until I complained at the front desk. Garbage cans were not provided until asked for and had to be emptied by us at the large can at the end of the hall. There was also no hot water for two days. However, the beach was beautiful and the pool and the tiki bar were quite nice. There was also coffee provided in the lobby. Overall a very disappointing experience and would definitely not recommend.

Property neat, workers displayed hospitality in the highest fashion unfortunately, I paid extra for top floor which we did not receive, the bathroom door was broken to where it won’t close, there was no hot water, the sofa bed was also broken as I had to explain to my wife and kids why we didn’t get what I paid for and no support from management above regular on ground employees. Not to mention this was my gift to my wife for her birthday driving way from Louisiana.

Our room was absolutely disgusting. The floor was unswept or mopped. Our room was for a handicap person complete with handrails. We did not need a handicap room and we did not request it on our reservation. We did not complain about it as the room was at the end of the building. I did grab onto one the handrails in the shower as I almost slipped and fell due to the bathtub having built up residue on the bottom of it. The handrail that I grabbed was absolutely disgusting as well. Just slimey. I then looked at all the rest of the handrails and could tell they have not been wiped down and cleaned in quite sometime. The hairdryer in the room was also disgusting to touch. Not quite sure what was all over that. At any rate the hairdryer did not work. I stopped at the front desk to see if they had another hairdryer. They did but it took 2 days to get, apparently maintenance can only get them. The employees were very friendly. Parking is a whole other issue. I would not recommend this place.

Seems like it was quickly and cheaply renovated. Overall just dirty and can hear all the neighbors. Should have spent the extra money for somewhere a little nicer.

Overall “pleasant” stay mainly because of the view/balcony and jacuzzi which we had to manually clean, which was expected. What I didn’t expect was having to clean MOLD in the shower. There was honestly mold a lot of places. Room could’ve been way better and cleaner for the price point. Had to pay for ice as well, which was unusual. Can’t beat the location of though, definitely saves this place!
