Rude staff. Couldn’t get in my door half the time. Elevators didn’t work over half the time. Horrible stay and definitely wouldn’t recommend! Highly upset and unsatisfied.

For an older property the location, and rooms at the prices currently available are a very good deal. An excellent 2-3 star motel right on the beach many 2nd and 3rd floor rooms with palm trees at your balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great except the bed was not comfortable. We actually went to Walmart and bought a foam mattress topper. It helped a lot. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Lady at front desk was polite. The guy was never helpful. Hotel had good prices for sure. The cons were the fact I thought we had a kitchenette with mostly everything we needed. It didn’t. Had to go buy our own forks and paper plates. Also roaches. Yes roaches. Mainly on the outside balcony. But they’d work their way in. Not a fan. Pretty disappointed. Outdated. Didn’t even have batteries in the tv remotes lol.

You get what you pay for,

It was $68 a night so I’m not expecting the Ritz-Carlton. It was a great place to use the beach and crash for the night. No frills lots of kids. The pool is dirty. I wouldn’t go in the hot tub. The staff was very nice. I have no problems with this place for the price they were asking. If I wanted basic, I probably would stay there again.

This was an ok place to stay. In my opinion, they can really use some updates for the cost. Our room had ants that we saw on our second night. The staff was friendly but replaced or should I say reactivated our room keys without verifying any ID. That alone made me a little bit uncomfortable but we were checking out the next morning. It would be great also to have a ramp down to the beach access instead of stairs on both sides and trim back some of the trees too. Check-in was smooth check-out was smooth. The area was under construction but McDonald's was a short walk for breakfast. Would I stay again? I don't think so. May be great for someone working in the area for a week or two, that needs a stove and a full refrigerator…..

First off, You will be charged an extra $50 PER NIGHT AT CHECK IN even after you’ve paid for your entire stay. They fail to inform you of that and you cannot get a refund and go stay else where. Secondly, the beds are thin and have a big dent in the middle of both we had so your just rolled to the middle and you can feel the springs beneath you. Thirdly, the elevator stopped working and we were on the sixth floor with a toddler. And Lastly, you have no control over the ac units in your room which was really irritating hence that is was really hot outside and stuck on 70-71 in the room. I will say the pool and beach access and tiki bars themselves were nice and fun to experience, the housekeepers and lady at the desk were also nice. Overall I don’t recommend and I won’t be back.
