I liked that check-in was easy, the breakfast buffet was easy to deal with. It was clean for the most part excep for the duvet had stains and the shower had hair in it and on the floor. Other than that it was clean enough. Plenty of linens in the room.

Property accommodation acceptable and comfortable but air conditioning unit noisy. Reception staff member disinterested in assisting when it was found that TV did not work in room. Said she would come up and solve issue but took two more requests before she came to room and decided was unable to solve problem. Said she would allocate another room but failed to do so or notify us until we returned to reception yet again 30 mins later with our luggage . Better customer service could be improved
