Hope the check out time could extend to 1 pm. because the building blocks the sunshine to swimming pool, the water temp. increases after 10 am. Thus, check out by 11 am is too early

The property had everything you needed all in one spot. The food was all very fresh and drinks were poured just wright. The beach access and waters were beautiful and this is coming from a Floridian My wife and I will definitely look forward to returning in the future.

The views were amazing and the pools were great along with the lazy river! Can't go wrong with a full size refrigerator and the staff were friendly. The game room/arcade was a little outdated and could use an upgrade.

Every staff member I encountered was nice and pleasant to work with from front desk to housekeeping. The rooms were spacious and clean. My only issue with room was the doors slammed hard when closed, both the entry and balcony doors. The water was very hot when we showered. The beach was only a few steps from the hotel. My only issue is someone charged beach chairs to my room when we never used any. The clerk at the front desk did a little research and determined I was telling the truth and removed the charged. I would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and check in was smooth. It was a family friendly resort with lots of activities for kids. The rooms were clean and it was a good location. The free parking was easy and a nice perk. There were a lot of people smoking marijuana on their porches which was annoying.

This is a great resort for families with kids. We did not take kids, so not for us. Breakfast is overpriced—$42 per person for the same food you would normally get for free at a regular hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Everything you need is on site or nearby. The front desk staff was courteous and attentive. The beach access, hot tub, and lazy river were all big selling points. We would definitely stay here again.
