Great bang for your buck. I really enjoyed it. Not far from main attractions, right on the beach, pool is open 24hours. Down falls the elevator was down for a little and lack of parking knowledge. I got back late and the main parking was full I called the front seat the receptionist was very nice and informed me of an overflow parking area and explained in detail.

Our room was nice, we opened our door and were just a few steps from the pool. A few more steps to the beach. Parking was the issue. We had to park across the street from the hotel. And house keeping was supposed to come on the 3rd day and didn’t and when they did come it was the day before we were leaving. Would we stay here again? Probably. I think the good outweighed the bad.

The staff WHILE I was there were great. The staff after I left, not so much. Apparently there’s a new policy that is not posted anywhere nor was it mentioned at all and it wasn’t in any email reservation confirmations. Trying to work it out with the front desk was like pulling teeth. The front desk girl hung up on me because she refused to help out in any way. I had to call back and it took 7 tries to get a hold of anyone and at that point, I wanted to speak to a manager. She was able to break it down but it shouldn’t have been like that. Learn to COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY with people. I was in the 2nd bldg and you could tell it was the “outcast” bldg. Was run down a bit. Not kept clean like the main bldg. Trash on the floors, trash cans not emptied outside the rooms. Hot as ever in the hallways. The AC in my room barely worked. It finally started working properly the last night I was there. The only thing I truly liked was I could walk down to the beach and not worry about parking anywhere else. I go to PCB every year for the last 10 years. I’ve never had this much agony and frustration from my stay until now and it was AFTER checking out. I get it’s a tourist attraction, but don’t treat people like they’re stupid or don’t know anything. Treat them like actual human beings and maybe, you’ll have a better business relationship with them. Educate your staff on how your hotel is ran. Don’t keep telling me “it’s new management”. I don’t care really. Learn how it all works.

It was absolutely amazzing. Westay here each time we go to PCB. Convenient and easy to access. Just wished we could have stayed longer. Only thing that could make it better would be a free stay for a couple of nights lol.

Online info boasts of free beach towels and umbrellas. Towels, yes. Umbrellas are square metal looking “umbrellas” around a couple of tables by pool. That’s it! I thought it meant umbrellas on the beach. $15 per day resort fee. I asked what that covered. Staff said “all this”. A pool?? Come on now. Rate was good. BUT, you get what you pay for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Overall worth the price. Room clean and well equipped. Biggest issue tub and sink slow to drain. Otherwise, all was well. Didn't realize until the last day of our stay they provided beach/pool towels. If it was on the welcome flyer, I may have missed it. If it was not, maybe add that to the flyer.

This property is right on the ocean and our room overlooked the beach. It is a little dated and could use some upgrading. The elevators were really quick each time we called for one. Outdoor staff really seemed to be working to make the property more appealing. One door from the lobby to the pool/beach area was locked a couple, or 3, days while we were there, making it more difficult to get to these areas. Another door to these areas remained locked throughout our stay. But, it was pretty good for what we paid.

There are 2 sides to this propery. there is the South side and the North side. the North side is dilapidated and run down rooms. They are nasty and I would not ever stay there. The southside rooms are much much better than the North side, so do not stay on the North side.. on a positive note, the customer service is excellent there and they go out of their way to try to make you feel.better about your reservation.
