Hell Hotel

The property is outdated and the parking was horrible. Only four handicapped parking which an employee was in one of them without a decal. The mattress was nasty. The balcony was not safe. The only good thing about the stay I got to see my family. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I tried to post all the pictures but it will not let me upload anymore.

The room rates and location was awesome!!! The only problem is that the hotel need a remodel. The bathroom door was coming apart and the pullout couch mattress was thin and dirty. Had to purchase an blowup mattress

When I checked into my room the bedding was dirty the sheets were filthy the towel rack in the bathroom was hanging off the wall and so was the toilet paper holder the fire alarm was chirping the entire stay I notified the front desk on 3 different occasions and was told maintenance would come fix the issues and they never came and every morning the staff would stand outside my window and door on the sidewalk talking and laughing and cursing I had to ask them to move on because I was trying to sleep and had children in the room as well. I was very displeased with my stay very upset about the entire hotel staff and lack of service and would like to speak with someone about the whole experience

You get what you pay for...

Definitely more run down compared to the pictures. The floor wasn't clean feeling, I wore my flip flops inside the whole weekend. We didn't use the shower, it was very dirty and rusty looking. The toilet wasn't completely bolted to the floor. We also had no towels in our room after we checked in, I had to go to the front desk and ask for some. One of the biggest complaints, was our patio door was completely useless for beach access! We were on the ground floor, and right across from the beach access point. But to access that door to your room from the outside, you needed an actual key. Not a keycard like we used for the "front door" What is the point of a beach access patio door if we couldn't lock it up (from the outside) to go to the beach?? We had to go out the front and around to ensure no one was helping themselves to our room.
