Everything was great. There were a few small maintenence issues. Light bulb was out in dining room and faucet was loose. Other than that, my family of two adults, a teenager and two kids was more than pleased. This property will be my go-to whenever I'm in PCB.

My overall experience was great. Everyone was really nice and accommodating.. my only complaint is the elevators can get really busy and slow you down..parking is kinda pricey so is the chair rentals...i just feel for the price you pay something should be included besides a breakfast you have to fix yourself

The hotel was great as far as the room goes and it being so close to the beach. However the staff is not friendly at all. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and almost always the staff is friendly and very helpful but not here. Also the breakfast was the same thing everyday the only good part is that it was free.

Perfect facility to recover after surgery.

Pros- very clean, staff friendly and helpful, ample parking (pay extra for this), beds comfortable, big closet with plenty hangers, balcony quite. Cons- elevators very slow (one was down several times during trip), low water pressure-not very hot, tub drained slow. Was not able to enjoy the pool due to this being a recovery vacation from surgery but it looked amazing.

Everything was good for our family trip the only thing is there is 14 floors and only 2 elevators we’re working the whole time and the shower water pressure was weak.

The elevators are horrible, it takes about 19 minutes to go up 4 floors. Then the elevator will skip the floor you need. You will wait and waste lots of time, just use the stairs. Was not at all what was expected. No early check in available. They leave no beach in front of the property to use, unless you way overpay to rent chairs and umbrellas. You have to walk down and set up on the public access beach if you don’t want to pay. You can’t get towels on the beach unless you rent chairs and umbrellas, so bring plenty. Breakfast is not for those who eat early and watch sunrises, it will be ready an hour after sunrise. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Room was nice and big, but the rest was not great.
