The room was clean, the staff were accommodating and displayed excellent customer service. The amenities were accessible and their breakfast buffet was AMAZING! It was one of best hotel breakfasts I have ever had and the options were great! The hotel was great overall, but the layout felt a bit cramped. The lobby restaurant, elevators, and rooms were all quite small, and more space would have made the stay more comfortable.

The room upon arrival was clean and well organized. There is likely a concern with linen par as there were no wash cloths placed in the bathroom. Upon closer look, one of the bath towels was well past its lifespan for guest use. Upon request, the terry items were replaced within 5 minutes of the call. All staff members were courteous and helpful which ensured that our stay went well. The rainshower feature was not operable throughout the stay and may require repair or replacement. I did not report as the handheld unit worked perfectly allowing for a great shower experience. Thanks for ensuring our first visit to Panama most enjoyable!!!

The bed was very comfortable. Good location in the city. House keeping was excellent only they kept taking the towels to wash without replacing sometimes. The breakfast was mediocre. Some of the restaurant staff was not to nice seemed unconcerned.
