Avoid. Customer service from booking to transfers, reception was very bad. I booked the wrong days by mistake and 15 mins later I tried to amend it and it was denied so they kept the money even it was over a month in advance so I have to rebook. I find this extremely abusive and felt they stole the money. My transfer was no ready on arrival even I had to send my arrival details and tickets several times as the booking process is bad. They never pick up the phone adding to numerous phone charges after being on the line for hours. I booked a king bed room but when I got to hotel they messed up and gave me a twin for me and my wife in the noisiest area. The hotel is overpopulated with dirty and outdated pools. It really felt like a fast food chain. And to top it up they messed my transfer on my departure again. Worst experience of my life compared to all the luxury hotel I have been to. I don’t recommend. I should’ve chosen a more authentic accommodation.

The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Cannot state enough how fantastic the staff was. The property is showing its age a little bit, but it is still in good shape. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic. The dinner buffet which was extra was also great. The room I stayed in was also excellent. The pool was in great condition. Enjoyed spending time in the pool. Short walk to the beach and other establishments on the beach.

Great location and great staff! Three different pools which is nice because there are a lot of kids so it's nice to have an adult only pool. Incredible location near everything you'd want. Can't say enough about the staff, everyone was incredible! If I come back this is the place I'll stay again and again.

Great hotel amenities but Subpar service.

The Hotel property was excellence, i stayed in a pool villa very comfortable. Easy access to beach. The food in restaurant was very good. Breakfast buffet was very good, all 5 star. Service on the other hand 3 star. Villa gatw security guard was not there one night and then continued i to next day. Dont lock the gate if guests need to open and lock it. Laundry service poor. Laundry picked up 12a was advertised as be returned by 7p. My laundry picked up 9a and at 9pm, I needed to call and ask if it was lost? Thats why service o ly gets 3 stars.

Staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. Location and grounds were beautiful. A bit to crowded for my liking. Breakfast buffet was quite nice, but the food was otherwise mediocre. Main areas of concern is the strict no change no exceptions Henann booking policy, and also foreign currency exchange policy. Guests hoping to exchange cash should be advised of Hennan policy of intense scrutiny of paper currency. Anything other than newly printed bills will be subject to rejection. In our case a barely discernable 1mm tear on on one bill and a very slight ink mark on another left us unable to exchange and caused inconvenience. Would otherwise be acceptable anywhere without question. The 'we won't accept your money' left a distinctive air of arrogance. This Hennan policy is no fault of the staff who were otherwise helpful but unable to exercise any realistic discretion.

Being in a relatively poor town context, this is ver nice resort, with several pools, access to a public beach, is very close from the airport and to island hopping tours. The service personnel is excellent and they are an army of employees taking care of every detail. There are three restaurants, 2 buffet and 1 a la carte. The prices are reasonable by American standards.

We stayed in the premium room, one of the pool villas. Worth every extra penny! Private plunge pool connected inside the villa and the sleeping and lounging areas were premium quality. Along with superior facilities, the staff of course are the kindest, most engaging people and take pride in their Filipino culture of hospitality. Great property, worth the trip!
