The hotel is great, right in the center of town and across the street from the ferry terminal. The staff is unaccommodating and consistently just made things difficult. The property advertises that parking is available, but when we got there, they discouraged us from using the parking. Then when we finally got access, after a few days, we no longer needed it, but they continued to charge us for the parking. The top floors have a bar/restaurant which is popular on the weekends and makes the only elevator very inefficient during those peak times because swarms of people are trying to get to/fro the bar. One day they came to clean our room - made our bed, but there was no trash removed, or toilet paper replaced - we had no toilet paper at all. There were other little things that made it frustrating.

Wonderful service, clean room! Excellent location, most convenient for ferry travel. They are gracious with holding luggage if you are on a late flight and want to spend some time after check-out in town, luggage-free!

Wonderful room, very clean, helpful staff, comfortable sleeping with AC and dual windows to block street noise. Across the street from ferry terminal, most convenient place in town. Highly recommend!

A boutique hotel in a location of Papeete that was a short walk to shopping, restaurants and the market. Rooms immaculate and beds very comfortable. Staff and service outstanding. Good variety of food offered. I would stay at this hotel again.

For Tahiti, it's actually pretty good hotel. Lots of thing to be improved, just common sense. $10 is money. $100 is money. French Polynesia, as in general, doesn't see the difference.

The staff was fantastic. Very helpful. They shared ferry schedules, places around the town of Papeete. They informed us about restaurant hrs, ordered taxi services. The hotel is very clean and our room was extremely spacious. Boutique Ton Tiki has the perfect location to ferry terminal and the city town. Highly recommend

We stayed here 1 night after arriving to Tahiti late at night. Staff was friendly with getting us checked in & out. The main perk of this location was its proximity to the dock which is nice if you are taking a ferry to Moorea the next day, or want to stroll to the market in the morning before checkout. The main negative of this place is its proximity to a loud bar next door where locals drink & loiter around the area (even on a Monday night). This can be a little unnerving if you are checking in late at night like we did, but there is gated parking available nearby through the hotel if you pay ahead, and the streets are well lit in this area, so overall a good stay if you have a car/early ferry ride the next day & keep your guard up at night outside the hotel.
