This modern, 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment has its own private garden; and has easy access to the communal pool. It is perfectly orientated to enjoy the magnificent sunsets, and the apartment comes with all the mod cons for the whole family to have a comfortable holiday.



The Space:

Being on the ground floor means there are no stairs to navigate. The main bedroom leads out to the patio and private garden; and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.



The communal pool is 10m away from the apartment; and you have your own sunloungers and umbrella to enjoy in the private garden.



Guest Access:

You have full access to the communal pool; and the use of any vacant parking bay.



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop across the road from the complex; and taxis are on call.



Other Things to Note:

Pool rules:

1. There is no fence around the pools, so use of the pools is entirely at your own risk.

2. Opening hours: the pool is only open from 9AM - 6PM from 01 April - 31 October. Absolutely no entry to the pool is allowed outside of these times.

3. NO GLASS, CERAMICS OR SHARP OBJECTS are allowed around the pool – plastic containers only.

4. NO PARTIES are allowed.

5. All children under the age of 12 MUST be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult.

6. Appropriate swimwear must be worn by all swimmers – particularly young children and babies. Swimming nappies MUST be worn at ALL times by babies.
