Villa Alexander is perfectly located in the exclusive development of Blue Water Bay in Kapparis a very popular coastal area of Protaras with all amenities and beaches minutes away including restaurant, bars cafeterias and all sorts of shops.

This 3-bedroom villa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac on a good size plot with private swimming pool.

The villa inside has an open plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and guest WC.

Opening out from the shaded patio doors the outside area is paved within a mature garden with sun loungers and outdoor furniture and a BBQ.

Leading upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with sea views, one of which is an en-suite master bedroom with a balcony, consisting of 2 doubles and 1 twin. The rooms are air-conditioned with good wardrobe space.

Had a great stay at this villa. We loved the clean swimming pool and the sun longes. The kitchen was well equipped however the only problem was the freezer being temperamental and not making any ice for the duration of our stay. Overall the villa was great and in a superb location - would definitely recommend.
