Casa grande, espaçosa. Nos 2 quartos que tiem ar condicionado, muito bons. O banheiro maior é muito bom tb, o outro banheiro com vazamento na pia , sem Box e sujo. A limpeza da cozinha e banheiro deixou a desejar. A geladeira estava muito suja., tive que lava-la antes de usar. Gavetas de talheres suja. Faltam utensílios para cozinhar como facas e espátulas. Não tem microondas.Poucos copos para uso.Teve um vazamento na pia da cozinha que escorre para o gabinete que tb está estragado. Quintal cheio de mato , requer corte da grama. Moveis da sala ruim ; precisa trocar. Precisei trocar as lâmpadas e repor as que estavam queimadas,trocar o sifão do banheiro e arrumar a vazamento ,o proprietário me ressarciu o valor que gastei . Casa com potencial, mas precisa de alguns ajustes.
