Nice new fresh hotel, they have made some really nice touches and the amenities are great. Nice bar and restaurant area. Staff all very friendly. Room was nice and bed was the best I’ve slept on in the years I’ve been going to Disneyland Paris.

Under staffed so always long waiting to speak or order anything. Overpriced. Everything costs more. A demand for an additional 60 Euro deposit before being given access to the room. Claims to give a 4 star experience but falls far short of 4 star while charged 5 star prices. The shuttle bus from the rail station to the hotel while free runs unpredictably and with gaps greater than the promised every fifty minutes. A taxi is easier but will cost 30 euros.

Everything was clean and reception were very helpful with my euro disney ticket. The pool was good but the spa wasn’t working properly, with the ice room out of action and the sauna wasn’t hot. No towel hooks to hang towels or robes. Hot breakfast isn’t very good it lets the breakfast service and offer down as the rest is very good. Evening food was too expensive for the quality of product. Shop was never open. The hotel was generally very good just a few little things stop this hotel from being exceptional.

Excellent stay here for 4 nights whilst visiting Disneyland. Room was perfect for what we needed, made our own breakfast each day. Parking is easy and lots of spaces. Very close to Disney, Val d’Europe and some other little shops in Serris. Recommend Serris Market (similar to a small co-op or one stop) - 2 min drive or 10 min walk. Didn’t use the spa on this trip. We had a pizza and burger from the restaurant to take up to our hotel room. Delicious and very reasonably priced too! Lifts were always nice and quick and the water available on each floor was an added bonus! Bathroom was lovely and always cleaned to a high standard. We will definitely be back soon. Great find for us as annual pass holders!

Fab stay, everything as advertised- new, clean and stylish. The pool is nice and hassle free. There comfy chairs around the pool to chill on. Just lacks personal service but everything is available if you ask. Ubereats is also easily to the hotel and not frowned upon by the hotel. Worth noting that the shuttle bus is useful but there is only one every 50 mins. Boot taxis are readily available and approx £8

We stayed here while visiting Disneyland and really loved our stay. The hotel and rooms are clean, well equipped and the staff were super helpful. The location is not great if you don't have a car as it's a bit out of the way on some kind of industrial park, so you can't walk to any shops, but this was fine for us as we were visiting for Disney and there's a great free shuttle that runs every hour or so during the peak hours and was never too busy. Overall we loved our visit and will be back!
