Magnificent apartment recently renovated by an architect that can accommodate 6 people. It is located in the 1st arrondissement of Paris and is close to must-see destinations.
This is a superb apartment located on the 6th floor with elevator and consists of:
- A living room with a sofa, a dining table
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge, microwave, induction hob, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, oven, washing machine, dishwasher)
- Three bedrooms with a 160x200 cm bed
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- Numerous storage spaces
- TV and High Speed Internet (WiFi).
- Sheets and towels provided
- Rental on request of a travel cot with mattress (without linen) for babies for €30/stay.
The deposit will be charged in the event of noise pollution and disturbance to the neighborhood.
PLEASE NOTE: the elevator is located on the 1st floor, there are steps to access it.
You will have full access to the apartment, you will feel at home.
You are immediately on the largest pedestrian zone in the capital, with hundreds of shops, cinemas, restaurants, theaters and jazz clubs around you.
The Center Pompidou, museum and temple of contemporary culture, is also nearby. When you stroll along the banks of the Seine, take a detour to the second-hand booksellers and bistro terraces which give a particular charm to this district.
With all these modes of transport at your disposal, you can very easily get around Paris.
Train station: Gare Du nord (5 minutes with RER B or 15 minutes with metro line 4), Gare de l'Est (15 minutes with metro line 4), Montparnasse (15 minutes with metro line 4 )
