Simply do not book this hotel. I’ve travelled my entire life and nothing has come close to this. Our first room reeked of urine which made it impossible to sleep. The hotel hallways then filled with smoke which staff explained was because clothes were burned by people ironing in the next room. The hotel instructed us to open the windows for ventilation. However, that just let in more smoke from the next room that also opened their windows, completely defeating the point. This lasted the entire day. We requested another room but there was a bedbug problem in that room too. I showed the hotel the bedbug bite marks on my body as evidence but they gaslit me into saying there weren’t any bed bugs. The problem was the bed frame itself was ripped open, exposing the foam which the bed bugs were likely hiding in. They said they checked, but the only way they could have confirmed this is by taking apart the bedding entirely, which when I inquired about this they just parroted “we checked”, blatantly lying to my face. Due to the hotel's negligence, I had to move rooms three times over the course of the week. When I moved rooms, the hotel staff offered to make the first night's stay free of charge. I asked if there was anything I needed to do, they said they would contact Expedia to process the request, but it would take 24 hours. I stayed until the 16th, and today is August 22nd. Expedia emailed today stating the hotel refused to provide a refund, bad liars. Save your money, don’t book
