Bon service mais la chambre était minuscule. Pas de place pour circuler. La façade est en rénovation. Par contre l’hôtel est vraiment bien situé pur un transfert près de la gare de Lyon.

This hotel has an excellent location. 5 min from Gare de Lyon with few options for metro and train lines. The room was very small, but that is to be expected at most European hotels. It was clean and had all we needed. We did not try the breakfast.

Very pleasant place to stay within walking distance of Gare De Lyon and metro station. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to store bags until check in time was reached. There was a bit of construction scaffolding outside of the building, but it did not take away from the stay. bedroom and bathroom were clean and provided plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was very expensive compared to the other places we stayed in Paris. It is close to the station but I wouldn't stay here again. The room was very outdated and the pictures didn't really reflect the actual room or lobby. There were no amenities onsite that we could find, aside from an empty vending machine.

The room was clean and functional, offering everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. The only downside was the noise, as the hotel sits over the railway tunnels, which could be heard quite loudly at times. Overall, a pleasant enough overnight stop off if you don’t mind a bit of background rumble!

The room was actually a bit larger than expected. We had a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. Air conditioning worked very well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We had booked a superior room. The building was completely obscured by scaffolding which meant we had difficulty finding it. We had not been informed of this. Then the view from our superior bedroom was only of scaffolding, making the room very dark. The stalk of the bedside light on one side of the bed was broken, rendering it useless, there were at least two loose tiles on the bathroom floor, making the floor unsafe, there was black hair on the wash-hand basin (neither my husband nor I have black hair!), the bedside cabinets were sloping downwards, which meant we couldn’t place a drink on them and the tea/coffee station had not be refilled. The reception staff were pleasant. However, overall it was not a good experience.

Entire facade was under renovation. Any view we did have blocked by scaffolding. Wifi network not working until later that night. Room clean but hotel not what I think of as a three star. It was very convenient for access to Metro and gare de Lyon though which was a main priority.
